‘Sister Wives’ Fans DRAG Robyn Brown for ‘Stretch Mark’ and ‘Weight Gain’ Diss Aimed at Meri Janelle and Christine

Sister Wives fans tore into Robyn Brown after her gloves came off during the third part of the Sister Wives: One-on-One special. Robyn went on a telling rant when asked to address how she viewed Kody’s relationships with his three other wives, Meri, Janelle, and Christine.  

Robyn told host, Sukanya Krishnan—“When I came into this family, I knew and I saw that when there’s stretch marks and there’s weight gain, and you’re being stagnant in the marriage, or there’s fights, or there’s money problems or whatever it is. He still had this romance going on with each of them. I saw it. He had sweet things with each of them. I’m like, you have this opportunity. And why are you looking at my orange? You have an apple. It’s not better, it’s just different.”

Viewers did not appreciate Robyn hitting below the belt and sounded off about her comments on Twitter. Many pointed out that multiple pregnancies were likely behind Robyn’s noted “stretch marks” and “weight gain.” Kody shares one child with Meri, six with both Janelle and Christine, and two biological and three adopted children with Robyn, the latter from her previous marriage. 

One fan tweeted—“Robyn finally goes mask off. Blames the wives for the problems with Kody. She also weirdly brings up other’s weight, stretchmarks and praises him for still being romantic with them?? Kody impregnating them repeatedly made those SMs btw. Her rant is very revealing.”

Another wrote—“So because the ladies gained weight or had stretch marks, when they all had children with Kody, he’s supposed to get a pat on the back for still giving a shit? Lmao. Wow, Robyn.”

A third chimed in—“Stretch marks?! Weight gain?!? Apples and oranges?!? Robyn’s true colors are starting to show.”

Some fans pointed out that Robyn had obviously experienced similar physical shifts, over the years. 

A Twitter user fired—“For a woman who came into this family thinking she was a hot young thing who looked better than them with their “stretch marks and weight”, ROBYN has truly AGED TERRIBLY she looks older than them. So lets not compare looks boo….”

Another agreed—“wow robyn brown said “the stretch marks, the weight gain, …” honey, your neck is about to swallow your head. please dont come back on my tv.”

One angry fan tweeted—“Robin talking about the other wives’ bodies? Girl. 1) lame  2) does your bitch ass own a mirror?! Stretch marks have NOTHING to do with Kody’s narcissism.  Ooooo my blood is boiling.”

Lots of viewers slammed Robyn for not holding Kody to a decent standard.   

A viewer tweeted—“So during the #SisterWivestellall, Robyn said that when she entered the family, she remembered that the other wives had gained weight and had stretch marks, but still Kody romanced them. Now that’s some shady shit.” 

Another person chimed in—“Shallow azz Robyn actually said she liked that Kody stayed with fat women with stretch marks. On national TV. With a straight face. Like it was a high compliment.” 

An incensed fan wrote—“Did Robyn just fix her lips to say Kody “still had romance” with the other wives while they dealt with STRETCH MARKS and weight gain Someone please give me a few of those apples and oranges she keeps talking about so I can throw them at her.” 

Another pointed out—“Just a PSA for Robyn… men don’t get accolades for loving their wives who have stretch marks and weight gain. That’s called being a decent human, and it’s the bare minimum standard for a relationship.”

A third snarked—“aw, He still loved his wife even when they had stretch marks from giving him half a dozen children. He is such a knight in shining armor. I hope Robin gets everything she deserve.”

Fans also noted that Robyn had inadvertently revealed how SHE perceived the three women, at the time.    

One viewer said—“Did Robyn really say they had stretch marks and weight gain?  What a awful woman!  Kody and Robyn deserve each other!  I just hope Janelle got her fair share when she left.”

Another observed—“Just to be clear Robyn perceived all of the other wives as women that were over weight, covered in stretch marks, with huge money problems… this says it all.”
