Melissa Gorga’s Flaunting Puts Her Family In Danger
Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga is getting slammed for showing too much of her family’s new home.
Melissa and Joe Gorga moved into their new home in Franklin Lakes on November 18 and haven’t been shy to show off their new place to fans. Out of all the videos Melissa has shared since they moved in, the video of her gorgeous closets got a lot of fans worried for her family’s safety.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared a video of her closet on November 26 and showed fans a few of the luxury items she owns. The all-white, super-organized closet featured several clothes, designer bags, and shoes. The closet also featured a coded lock for security for when the family isn’t around.
In the post, Gorga thanked the professionals who helped her organize her new closet once they moved in. “Closet Envy. Thank you @boutiqueclosetsandcabinetry1 for helping me create my dream closet!! And I could not have organized this closet without @done.neatly !!! The preciseness is amazing. I have been using her for years and could not live without her!!”
The massive closet features an island with a chandelier, several storage drawers, and full-length mirrors. Despite so many fans liking the reel, which featured the Sex and The City theme song, some fans were fearful of Melissa’s post because a number of housewives have been robbed this year.

One fan wrote on Gorga’s post, “This is lovely. However, I would not advise any reality TV show individual to show their closet with the history of break-ins that have been happening. This is not a wise choice.”
Another fan told the Bravo star, “Beautiful but please learn from other housewives whom have shown what they have in their homes. Please be careful.”
A third fan added, “It’s because of videos like this that people like you have home invasions, why not keep it to yourself?”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards, were known to show off their luxury items on social media before their homes were broken into and several items were stolen.
In another post, Melissa shared with her 2 million plus followers what she loves about her new house’s foyer design. Melissa has been sharing photos and videos of her home since they began construction on the property.
In July, she posted a photo of the unfinished foyer and captioned it, “Let’s get down to business! Our 1st love! Making beautiful homes … This will soon be our new house! This is day one of construction! I’m gonna keep posting all of the renovations as it goes along so watch [Joe Gorga and] I do what we do best!”
