Lisa Hochstein’s Outrageous Spending Habits Exposed
Lenny Hochstein claims his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, spent $10,000 in a week on designer items amid her claims that he isn’t supporting her and their kids.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, Lenny claims that he provided Lisa, 40, with enough money to provide for her and their children but she spent a lot of the cash on luxury items. According to court documents, Lenny, 56 revealed that Lisa agreed to have her limit on the American Express card reduced to $5,000 as of November 2022 after she incurred close to $200,000 worth of charges on it in the span of 5 months. The plastic surgeon added that despite Lisa agreeing to the limit, she snuck in some items before it was enforced.
As per the documents, Lisa spent $3,500 on fine clothing, more than $2,330 on a Louis Vuitton purse, and $3, 300 at Bergdorf Goodman for a “high-fashion purse.” Lenny believes Lisa, “acted in bad faith and with an intent to deceive [Lenny] when she, in one instance, agreed to accept $10,000 in direct support from Husband along with limited charging privileges on the AMEX card and, in another instance, proceeded to charge several thousands of dollars in luxury goods on the AMEX card which [Lenny] has paid and continues to pay month after month.”
The former couple came to an agreement and Lisa returned the “high-fashion purse” she got from Bergdorf Goodman in exchange for $4,300 in cash and checks from Lenny. As per the court docs, Lenny wrote two checks of $12,500 each to the Real Housewives of Miami star on November 23 and December 1.
This response from Lenny comes after Lisa filed a second request for spousal support because she couldn’t afford to buy diapers and food for their kids. In court documents, Lisa requested the court have Lenny “maintain the reasonable financial status quo,” award her attorney fees, and establish temporary support.
The documents read, “[Lenny] has the ability to throw lavish parties, but doesn’t have the ability or desire to provide support to [Lisa] and the parties’ two young children?” However, Lenny maintains that his ex has enough money to support herself, adding that she makes good money from her role on Peacock’s The Real Housewives of Miami.
He claimed that his ex was earning $30,000 per episode on the reality TV series. Lenny wrote in the recent court documents, “If [Lisa] was truly in need of diapers and food for Minor Children, [Lisa] should have purchased the same with the Insta-Cart app tied to Husband’s bank account.”
Lisa and Lenny share two kids together, Logan, 7, and Elle, 3.
