’90 Day Fiance’ Jovi Believes Yara’s Being Influenced After She Drops Real Estate Shocker!
90 Day Fiancé’s Jovi Dufren thinks Yara’s mother is influencing her to leave the US and move to Europe!
In an exclusive sneak peek of next week’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Yara gives Jovi the shocking news that she is looking for apartments in the area. Jovi, 32, asks his wife what she plans on doing for the day while they’re in the country with their daughter Mylah. Yara Zaya, 31, then tells her husband that she wants to buy an apartment in the area. “I talked with my mom yesterday, and she was telling me she would really like me over here, so we’re going to check some apartments here,” Yara said. The news takes Jovi by surprise since they had not discussed anything about getting an apartment while traveling to Prague.
Jovi asks, “Apartments for what!? This is a random place we decided to come and meet your mom!” Yara fired back, “Random place? This is not a random place, this is the place where my mom lived for so many years.” A frustrated Jovi then adds, “ If this was your intention, then you should have told me sooner, not bringing it up to me now.” Yara responds, “ This wasn’t my intention, my mother sent me places and I want to go there and check. What’s wrong with that?” Then Jovi shifts the blame to Yara’s mother for convincing her to do this.
“So your mom is the problem. Your mom is the one who wants all this. It’s just dumb.” During a confessional, Jovi says that apartment hunting wasn’t part of their plan. “I don’t want like her mom to make decisions for her.” He also pointed out a warning his mother told him before they left. “Are you not worried that Yara will want to stay in Europe when you guys go there? And now it seems that it’s become a reality!” When he asks Yara what purpose the apartment will serve, she says, “I don’t know, Jovi, I would really like to be close to my family, especially if everybody is coming here right now; I feel like they will need my support.”
Jovi reminded Yara how hard it was for her to move to the US and start her life there. He also points out that because she got her green card, Yara must stay in the US for 180 days in the year. “You can’t just get up and live in Europe. For you to even be considering this right now is kind of crazy to me. You agreed to come to the U.S. and start a new life in the U.S.” Yara fires back and tells her husband she can get the apartment with her own money. Jovi adds, “We’re a family. And it doesn’t matter what you’re doing, you need to talk to me before you try to make some decision like that without me.”
