Christine Brown Reveals She’s Currently Dating & Wants NOTHING To Do With Meri!

Christine Brown revealed to fans that she doesn’t want a friendship with former sister wife, Meri Brown, in her new life. 

Christine has been living her best life since her separation from Kody Brown. The Sister Wives star was doing press for the current season of the TLC show when she spoke about her dating life. While talking to Entertainment Tonight, Christine said she is dating for fun right now. “That just keeps everything super-light because that’s just who I am right now. [I’m not interested in anything] romantic, yet. That’s way too fast. But dating for sure!” 

During the interview, the TLC star added that she is open to getting married again but not to a polygamous man. “[I’m up for] dating, sure, as long as it’s just very, very casually. [I’d like a] romantic relationship eventually, get married again eventually, yes.” Christine also said that she has no desire to hang out with Meri. “I won’t be close with Meri anymore, not really. We’re just very different, so I won’t be having much to do with Meri.” She continued, “I wish her the best, all the happiness in the world, of course. Whatever she needs, I hope she gets that. I just don’t see that there’s a friendship for us.” 

Christine revealed that she is still super close with her former sister wife, Janelle, but not with Meri and Robyn. Janelle and Christine even took their kids to Disney World in March 2022 and have had other trips together since. Christine told Us Weekly that Janelle has been to Utah to visit her several times and even has her own guest room where she sleeps. The mother of six told ET, “For right now, everything’s just going to stay as-is with the relationships. We aren’t going to get any closer at all.” Kody, Meri, and the rest of the Browns have yet to comment on what was said in the interview. Christine separated from Kody in November last year after decades of being married for more than 25 years. 

Christine opened up during the Sister Wives special tell-all about what led her to make the drastic decision. “I think that at the beginning it was really hard. Blending families together is really difficult. There were a lot of frustrations and hurt feelings on both sides of it. We all came out of [it] scarred. I never had any intention to alienate Robyn and her kids.”
