Kris Jenner Supports Kathy Hilton Despite Lisa Rinna Driving A Wedge!
Kris Jenner has picked a side in the feud between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars, Kathy Hilton and Lisa Rinna.
After Bravo posted the cast reunion looks for season 12 on Tuesday, fans applauded Kathy Hilton for her stunning pink look. Paris and Nicky’s mother was dressed in a pink Oscar de la Renta number which she coined, “Barbiecore.” Kris Jenner, 66, joined Hilton’s followers in praising Kathy’s reunion look in her Instagram comment section. The Kardashians star added red heart emojis under Kathy’s post to show her love for her longtime friend. Another fan joked under Kris’ comment saying, “Humor us. Team Kathy or Team Rinna.” So it seems that Lisa’s efforts to drive a wedge between Kris and Kathy it isn’t happening.
During the September 28 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the ladies sat down to rehash what happened with Kathy Hilton during their Aspen trip. Lisa Rinna pointed out that her tequila encounter with Kathy is what might have set her off during the trip. The Rinna beauty owner had refused to order Hilton’s tequila from the bar and instead ordered Kendall Jenner’s 818 tequila brand because Kendall is her “friend.” In the episode’s confessional, she said, “It makes me believe that my ordering the Kardashian-Jenner tequila is what set her off. Because Kathy is so f–king jealous of the Kardashians.”
When Lisa and Kathy finally met up later in that episode at Kyle’s home, things didn’t go so well for them. Kathy had already apologized to her sister for what she said during her meltdown in Aspen, but when she tried to do the same with Rinna, Rinna wasn’t having any of it. Lisa said, “I’m sorry, Kathy, you’re not going to get away with it with me. You can have your tears. You can do what you’re going to do, but you did what you did and you’re not going to just gaslight and manipulate me right now. If you want to apologize to me, let’s talk about what you really did, and let’s talk about some of the names you called people and we’ll go there if you want to.”
A preview of an upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shows Lisa Rinna at a cast event still pushing Kathy’s meltdown story. However, Kyle says she is uncomfortable still talking about it and they should just move on.
