‘Big Brother 24’ Kyle Capener FIRED After RACIST Game Play!
Big Brother 24 houseguest, Kyle Capener, has been seemingly dropped by his management team after engaging in racist gameplay on the show. The person in charge of his social media removed his connection to the show and his management company amid the online backlash.
Kyle, who had built a 500,000-person following on TikTok before joining the Season 24 cast, was repped by Little Red Management, a well-known company managing various Big Brother alums.
The show highlighted Kyle’s idea to form an alliance against the non-white contestants amid an assumption that they had already done the same to him. The individual behind Kyle’s accounts removed his affiliation with the show, as the episodes unfolded. Kyle’s account no longer follows Little Red Management, and the company seemingly unfollowed Kyle. Fans have posted questions on the management company’s account about the drama surrounding Kyle, but no one has offered clarification.
Kyle was a strong presence in the house as a member of “The Pound” alongside Monte Taylor, Joseph Abdin, and Matt “Turner.” The group had expanded into the Leftovers alliance with Brittany Hoopes, Taylor Hale, and Michael Bruner. Kyle grew close with Alyssa Snider, eventually deciding that he preferred to work with her.
Kyle turned on the group during the Split House Twist, revealing an alliance with Terrence Higgins, the Head of Household. Higgins had nominated Joseph and Turner for eviction but later replaced Turner with Kyle, using his veto power. Joseph tried to save his skin by exposing his ally’s disloyalty but Alyssa and Turner ultimately believed Kyle, which resulted in his exit. The four guests stuck together with Turner as their leader.
Michael narrowly escaped eviction after being named a backdoor target, before he and Brittany turned the guests against Kyle by exposing his strategy to align against the non-white players. Their plan worked as the news sparked upset, apologies, and deep discussions. All agreed that Kyle must go.
Alyssa dumped Kyle before Kyle was unanimously voted out. He made his exit in front of a live audience, to only tepid applause.
Kyle spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his words and actions on the show.
He told the outlet—“So mid-game, I definitely made some generalized thoughts and comments that had no foundation at all, and I deeply regret. They never should have brought up in Big Brother 24. And I hate that I’m the person that has to have that self-reflection time. I talked with everyone in the house, and they’ve all been so open and so willing to help me through this process and help me see it from their perspective, and share experiences that have been eye-opening to me. And I now own it moving forward after the game. It’s up to me to continue that process, continue finding resources, and having those conversations moving forward.”
Big Brother 24 airs Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on CBS.
