Rapper Drake SHOOTS HIS SHOT At Chantel From ‘The Family Chantel’ Amid Her Divorce Battle!

The Family Chantel star, Chantel Everett, is allegedly talking to famous rapper, Drake, while going through her divorce from Pedro Jimeno!

The Family Chantel couple, Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett, have had many ups and downs in their relationship. The duo got married after fighting against their family and friends who opposed their relationship early on. However, six years later, Pedro, 30, got tired of the relationship and kept accusing his wife of being “lazy” while Chantel was suspicious that Pedro was cheating on her with a co-worker. Pedro filed for divorce on May 27  after Chantel, 31, allegedly took $250,000 from their joint account. According to Media Take Out, after the divorce news went viral, Chantel was contacted by Drake who slid into her DMs to check up on her.

A source close to Drake said the two have been texting back and forth in the DMs for a while now. They said, “Drake reached out to see how she was doing and where her head was at, and she responded. They’ve been DMing each other back and forth, and are planning to meet up soon.” The insider also said that Chantel and Drake’s relationship isn’t serious yet but that might soon change. “Drake has a way of wearing women down. They might not at first expect any romance with Champagne Papi, but before long – it always ends up that way.” 

Drake has a history of sliding into married people’s DMs. In May of this year, he got revenge on a troll who was attacking him online by sliding into his wife’s direct messages on Instagram. The troll had joked that Drake’s son was probably playing with ghostwriters, and in return, Drake tracked his wife and followed her. Drake said, “I just followed your girl cause she’s prob miserable and needs some excitement in her life.” When the Canadian rapper slid into her DMs, he was so kind, saying, ‘I’m here for you, Ma!’ So Drake is no stranger to women’s DMs, especially those with bad husbands. The rapper might have offered Chantel a shoulder to cry on as she goes through the divorce.

Chantel’s family has come out to accuse Pedro of running a scam on their daughter but he completely denied doing so in an episode of The Family Chantel. “You think that makes sense to me? To be a f–king immigration scam [after] six, seven years together? I can’t deal with it [anymore], the family tells me it’s always a scam, that my family is scamming, that I only want to take money from her. She takes money from me! What the hell.”
