Lesa Milan & Chanel Ayan Clap Back At Gizelle Bryant Shading ‘RHODubai’ Cast!
Lesa Milan and Chanel Ayan are back on social media defending themselves from another housewife. This time from Real Housewives of Potomac star, Gizelle Bryant.
Despite The Real Housewives of Dubai just beginning, the ladies are already beefing with some ladies from the ‘Real Housewives’ franchise. Earlier this month, Ayan and other cast members came after Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Lisa Rinna, for shading their show on her Instagram Stories. This time, it is Real Housewives of Potomac star, Gizelle Bryant, who made shady remarks about Bravo’s new reality show. During the July 25 episode of her podcast, Reasonably Shady, with co-star, Robyn Dixon, they invited a well-known guest, Carlos King, to join their show and talk about the Dubai franchise.
Carlos King said during the podcast show that The Real Housewives of Dubai cast are pretending and acting like other housewives instead of being themselves. “Let’s talk about ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai,’ which I like to say the ‘Real Housewives of Buh-Bye’ because for me those women studied every single housewife and it’s hard for me to get into them because I don’t think they’re being themselves. What do y’all think?” Bryant answered Carlos by throwing shade at the entire cast except for Ayan. “I’ve only seen one, maybe one and a half episodes. The only thing that stands out to me is the model girl… I feel like she’s at least entertaining to watch. The others is like paint drying. I’m looking for her (in) the next scene, so I will give her that.”
Lesa Milan and Chanel Ayan, who arrived in New York this week, spoke to Today and clapped back at the RHOP star’s comment about their show. Ayan had this to say to Gizelle, who hadn’t even finished watching the first half of The Real Housewives of Dubai by the time she recorded the podcast. “I don’t agree with that, as much as I respect Gizelle. But Lesa and me literally carry the show. So she needs to watch more than one episode to see what’s going on. It’s an ensemble cast. You can’t judge when you’ve only watched one and a half.”
Lesa Milan clapped back at Bryant and said that Gizelle should worry more about her sense of fashion than The Real Housewives of Dubai. “I feel like Gizelle should actually know better, and girl, worry about your fashions first before you worry about us.”
