Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Erika Jayne, has been hit with another lawsuit.

The reality star, her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, 83, and two attorneys who worked at Tom’s law firm are being sued by Christina Fulton, an ex-girlfriend of actor, Nicolas Cage, for alleged theft and fraud. Us Weekly reports that in the paperwork filed last week, Fulton alleges that the defendants misused her settlement cash to support their own personal lifestyles.

Courtney Fulton

The actress, who shares a 31-year-old son, Weston, with Cage, hired Tom and his firm, Girardi Keese, to handle a personal injury dispute after she was involved in a car accident, in January 2016. Fulton was awarded $924,300 in the lawsuit but claimed that she didn’t know “where her money went until now.” Documents state that Fulton learned earlier this month that the cash had been “dissipated” and that her lawyers had “lied to her.”

Fulton alleges that a portion of the settlement figure was transferred into Erika’s company, EJ Global. She claims that Tom and Erika used the awarded funds as their “own assets” to support “their lavish lifestyle.” The “Hard Drive” actress is seeking $750k in damages.

Erika has yet to comment on the lawsuit.

The Bravo star filed for divorce from the once-famed attorney in November 2020. The couple was slammed by a lawsuit the next month, which accused them of embezzling $2 million in settlement funds owed to family members of plane crash victims.

Erika has maintained her innocence amid multiple lawsuits and continues to claim that she had no knowledge of her husband’s alleged misdeeds.

Earlier this month, the Pretty Mess personality was named in a new lawsuit that claims that the reality star had “specific knowledge” of her estranged husband’s alleged crimes.

Us Weekly obtained the complaint, filed by Edelson PC, which names Erika in a group of defendants accused of racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, deceit, aiding and abetting the concealment of stolen property, and more.

The lawsuit reads—“Tom and Erika Girardi purposefully portrayed themselves to the public as an extremely wealthy Beverly Hills power couple.”

The suit also alleges that Erika’s company, EJ Global, “was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.

The lawsuit points out that lavish spending was “a part of Erika’s personality” on RHOBH, which often featured the Bravo star’s “never-ending parade of designer clothes and high-end jewelry, her $250,000 Lamborghini Huracán, and her personal 24/7 ‘glam squad’ team that she paid $40,000 per month to pick out her clothes and do her hair and makeup.”

The new suit alleges that “Erika knew of the scheme” supposedly planned by Tom, to pilfer funds owed to family members of victims of the 2018 Lion Air plane crash.

Edelson PC argues that because the 50-year-old reality star “was neither an owner nor employee of the law firm,” the payments were not “legitimate law firm expenses.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesdays at 8 pm, ET, on Bravo.
