Asian Woman At Center Of ‘RHOBH’ Pool Story Accuses Sutton Stracke Of Racism On TikTok!
A young woman who claims to be one person referenced in the pool story in the center of the drama between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, Sutton Stracke and Crystal King Minkoff, has surfaced in a since-deleted TikTok video. The woman, who claimed to be a former friend of Sutton’s daughter, supposedly cut ties with her pal after the reality star exhibited racist behavior.
“Me when I cut off my hs bff of 5 years bc her mom was racist to me and now she’s a real housewife getting called out for being racist and her response is ‘my white daughter had a chinese friend’ on tv,” Elissa Kimm wrote on the video, noting that she was “not Chinese.”
Fans know that a storyline from last season picked back up after Crystal hinted at a “problematic” conversation she had with Sutton during a Lake Tahoe cast getaway.
“My white child is with Black girls in there, a Chinese girl was in the Jacuzzi and I’m like, ‘this is what it should be,’” Sutton told Crystal in previously unaired footage.
Crystal initially refused to disclose what Sutton said, but Sutton revealed her remarks during a conversation with co-star, Garcelle Beauvais.
“It’s about my family and how I have raised them to have multicultural friends. We have a pool, we have a Jacuzzi, everybody’s welcome. That’s it,” Sutton later told the other women.
Crystal switched gears during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live last week after her opinion got buried in a viewer poll that asked fans to weigh in on how “problematic” they found Sutton’s pool story. Crystal is now claiming that another “dark” mystery comment exists within the narrative.
Garcelle, the show’s first black cast member, said that she didn’t find anything wrong with Sutton’s comment, during last week’s episode. 91% of WWHL voters agreed with her, on Wednesday night.
“Well, that story was not problematic,” Crystal told Cohen, who asked, “There’s another story?”
“Look, Sutton and I know what was said, and we’ve spoken at length about it, and she has apologized to me privately and publicly,” Crystal replied.
The 39-year-old reality star did not offer details about Sutton’s apology.
“That conversation was a lengthy one, and I’m choosing — and I’ve chosen back then — to believe her in her apology and to move forward, and that’s who I am, and that’s what I want to do. And I believe in apologies, and that’s where I’m at,” Crystal told Cohen on Wednesday.
Twitter sleuths hunted down high school pics of Kimm with Sutton’s daughter, seemingly backing up Kimm’s claim that she shared a friendship with Porter Stracke.
