Kandi Burruss BLASTED For Forcing ‘RHOA’ Castmates To Wear Vibrating Panties!
Kandi Burruss is getting slammed by fans for forcing her castmates to try out vibrating panties.
During Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi and the ladies went on a trip to New York. While they were there, Kandi came up with an idea for everyone to wear vibrating panties while they went to watch Kandi’s play, ‘Thoughts of a Colored Man.’ However, viewers found Kandi’s suggestion very disrespectful to the other ladies.
Many Real Housewives of Atlanta fans didn’t understand why Burruss wanted the ladies to wear vibrating panties during a play about seven men. One fan tweeted, “I feel like Kandi should respect people when they tell her that the sex stuff is too much instead of shaming them for not being as open as she is. The ‘loosen up’ ‘you need some play’ rebuttal [sic] everytime someone expresses their discomfort is borderline predatory. Idc #RHOA”
Somebody else added that the Kandi & The Gang star should respect other people’s boundaries when they don’t want to participate in her activities. A third person said, “Giving your friends vibrator panties that are controlled by other men before they see a play about black men’s trauma is sorta creepy and makes zero sense. Not the time or the place.”
Marlo and Kenya decided not to wear the vibrating panties in public, especially when other women’s husbands were around. Kenya said, “I’m not going to wear vibrating panties around other people’s men. My Vajayjay is closed for business on this trip!” Fans continued to come after Kandi for her sexy suggestion until she responded to them on Twitter.
On Sunday, Kandi cleared things up and said that she didn’t mean for the ladies to use the panties while they were in the play. “I told them not to use it while we were in the play of course,” Kandi clarified in a tweet. She continued, “The game was supposed to be- anytime someone said something shady or started arguing then you hit the remote for the vibration to start. It was supposed to be a funny way to stop folks from arguing. #RHOA”
Kandi also said she was just trying to add some fun to the trip and her castmates should loosen up. Some RHOA fans agreed with Kandi. One tweeted, “I think that was a good idea with that group, I know you’re always trying to get ppl to have fun and sometimes ppl just don’t get it, but you’re not forcing them, it’s just an option. Keep being you!”
