Thanks to the wonderful posters of this site, I’ve obtained legal documents pertaining to the father of Nicole and Teresa Napolitano, stars of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.”

Salvatore “Sal” Napolitano appears on the current season of the RHONJ alongside his wife and two daughters, Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea. On last night’s episode, Victoria Gotti made a bombshell revelation when she exposed an alleged affair between Teresa Aprea’s husband, Rino and his mother-in-law, Santa Napolitano.

Many viewers including myself were in SHOCK! And left with a million questions, like…. when, where, and how did it happen???

According to our Super Exclusive source, the alleged “affair” took place at a family BBQ when the twins went to the store. Knowing Santa is married to Sal Napolitano, inquiring minds want to know how did Sal allow this to happen. Allegedly, the twins walked in on Rino and Santa in the middle of the act. The source added, the affair went on for quite some time.

According to our Super Exclusive source, supposedly, the delightful jolly man we see on the RHONJ was not present at the family BBQ because he was busy serving a 15-month prison sentence for shady business practices related to his construction company, ECCO Construction Inc.

According to court documents, on November 8, 1999, Salvatore “Sal” Napolitano, pled guilty to violating the “Clean Air Act” in connection with the illegal removal of asbestos-containing material during the conversion of a former Y.M.C.A. into an upscale apartment. As a result, untrained and undocumented Mexican workers were used to remove asbestos from boilers, piping and floor coverings at the building. The workers were locked in the building and were not provided with equipment to protect them from inhaling asbestos fibers. As a result of this crime, asbestos fibers were released into the air at the construction site where workers and others could inhale them. Inhalation of asbestos fibers can cause lung cancer, a lung disease known as “asbestosis,” and mesothelioma which is a cancer of the chest and abdominal cavities. Asbestos filled garbage bags were also illegally disposed of in various locations around New Haven. The case was investigated by EPA’s Criminal Investigation Division and the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, and was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.

On the RHONJTeresa Aprea has discussed her father’s background in construction and he even accompanied his daughter and son-in-law on a construction site (for a new restaurant) to lend his professional expertise.
