Kim Zolciak appears unbothered amid the legal drama surrounding her new romance.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 47, was spotted leaving boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s Georgia home on Saturday morning — just days after being dragged into his ongoing $100 million divorce from estranged wife Jillian Green.

In photos obtained by paparazzi, Kim was seen dressed down in a black crop top, matching sweatpants, and comfy slides, pairing the look with eyeglasses and a messy updo as she packed up her car. The usually glam reality star was joined by Kyle, who wore a gray T-shirt, navy shorts, and a trucker hat while helping her load her belongings.

Sources say the pair have been dating since the spring — and Kyle has already met some of Kim Zolciak’s six children.

Much like Kim’s own messy split from Kroy Biermann, Kyle is in the middle of a contentious divorce. After filing to end his marriage in March, his estranged wife served Kim with a subpoena in late September, as first reported by Us Weekly.

 The subpoena requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz,” including “gifts given or received, expenses paid on your behalf, monies loaned, or paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any of his businesses.” It also demanded that Kim turn over travel records and communications involving both Kyle and Kroy.

Jillian Green’s legal filing alleged that Kim accepted lavish gifts and money from Kyle behind her back. She also accused him of creating and controlling a family trust worth more than $100 million, calling his income a “mystery.”

Meanwhile, it was reported that Kroy allegedly warned Jillian about his ex-wife, claiming Kim would “drain money from Kyle” and had previously put groceries from Instacart on the businessman’s credit card.

Kim Zolciak’s attorney fired back, calling the subpoena “unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to annoy and embarrass her.” Kyle Mowitz’s lawyer told Us Weekly, “Ms. Green’s decision to involve Ms. Zolciak in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”

The real estate developer and Jillian, who share two children, have been battling over custody and assets since the spring. Kyle’s filing argued that Jillian Green did not need spousal support, saying she is an “able-bodied adult capable of gainful employment.”

Following a brief fling with Chet Hanks, Kyle is Kim Zolciak’s first serious relationship since separating from Kroy in 2023 after 11 years of marriage. The former couple, who tied the knot in 2011, share four children — Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane — and he also adopted her two eldest daughters, Brielle and Ariana.
