Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell is back in the headlines — this time after calling the cops on her neighbor and accusing her of assault during a heated dispute.
Kelli called 911 after what she claims was a violent confrontation with her neighbor, Monualda Perri Cash, over her daughter’s vehicle. Us Weekly obtained the 911 call, where Kelli Ferrell can be heard urgently pleading for police assistance and detailing her claims of assault. Before the dispatcher could even get a word in, Kelli could be heard shouting, “I got time today!” as the chaos unfolded.
During the call, Kelli told dispatchers she needed police immediately, alleging, “She actually put hands on me… I have scratches on my arm from her hitting me.”
Kelli didn’t hold back, adding that her arm was “red” and that she recorded the entire incident to show responding officers. “I don’t feel safe with her. I really don’t. I don’t feel safe,” she insisted.
The fiery showdown reportedly started after Kelli discovered parking boots slapped on one of her daughter’s vehicles. “There are two boots on it. It’s completely unnecessary,” Kelli told the dispatcher, claiming her neighbor was targeting her family. But according to court docs, Monualda tells a very different story.
The HOA board member accused Kelli of storming onto her private patio through a locked gate in a “violent manner” — and even claimed Kelli had to be physically restrained while making “bizarre” and “erratic” threats.
A judge granted Monualda a temporary protective order, forcing Kelli to stay 30 yards away while the court decides on making it permanent. Kelli’s team is firing back.
In a statement, her rep blasted the neighbor’s claims as a smear campaign: “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family … We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”
