Alexia Nepola’s Ex-Husband Todd Reveals He’s Suing Bravo and Exposing the Dark Side of RHOM!

The Miami drama isn’t just playing out on screen — Alexia Nepola’s ex-husband, Todd Nepola, is now taking aim at Bravo and the producers of The Real Housewives of Miami.

In a fiery Instagram rant on August 15, Todd claimed he’s preparing to sue the network for slander and defamation, saying he’s had it with being “bullied” and “lied about” on national TV. “Enough is enough,” Todd wrote alongside his video statement. “Your lies, bullying, and behind-the-scenes extortion tactics have gone too far.”

According to Todd, he initially tried to brush off what he calls “wildly false and deeply manipulated” storylines. But the Season 7 focus on his marriage to Alexia, his relationship with her children, and shady money rumors pushed him to the breaking point.

“They’ve allowed gang-style pile-ons, physical violence, gaslighting, microaggressions, and racially charged comments to go unchecked,” he raged. “You’ve enabled cruelty, encouraged hate, and turned mean-spiritedness into entertainment.”

In his video, Todd dropped a bomb: “The biggest mistake I’ve made in my adult life was agreeing to participate in the Real Housewives of Miami. I was not one who really wanted to give up my privacy and become a reality star. That was never for me, and I certainly never enjoyed filming… But the final straw, the breaking point, came when lies started being told.”

One of those “lies,” Todd claims, was Adriana De Moura’s suggestion that he was broke and unable to pay rent. He says the rumor was especially offensive because it wasn’t just false — it was the exact opposite of the truth. “It was a real blow to me, and I couldn’t believe people would make these kinds of lies up,” he said. “At the time, I had just bought a $24 million shopping center.”

Todd went on to admit he was furious at Adriana for “lying on TV,” angry at Alexia for “getting me involved in this mess,” but he reserved his deepest frustration for producers. “They knew the story wasn’t true,” he fumed.

The fallout didn’t stop there. Todd accused production of deliberately dragging his relationship with Alexia’s youngest son, Frankie, into the mud. “There’s not a person on this Earth that’s done as much for him, other than his parents, than me,” he insisted. He claimed he provided Frankie with a home, clothes, and support — only to be painted as if he didn’t care.

Todd even revealed that Bravo allegedly pushed Alexia’s older son, Peter, into talking badly about him for a paycheck. “I assured Peter I’d always be there for him,” Todd explained, adding that he believes producers “used” him for a storyline.

Perhaps most shocking was his claim that Alexia herself “allowed this to happen.” While he said the two reconciled in January and were “doing great for months,” Todd admitted he was heartbroken that she never warned him about what producers were plotting.

Now, Todd says the time for reality TV games is over. “You’re gonna have a courtroom to perform in, and you’re not going to have to convince the public. You’re gonna have to convince a real judge and a real jury if you had the right to use me on TV and lie about me on TV when you knew it was a lie,” he declared.

“And I’m gonna win a lot of money, and when I do, I’m gonna give it to groups that work with people that are bullied, cyberbullied, bullied in person, attacked online by people like you who hide in these rooms and destroy lives.”

Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
