Shannon Beador is under fire again—this time not just from castmates, but from behind-the-scenes staff and producers who allegedly had to step in to address her behavior on set.

According to a new report from The U.S. Sun, Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador 61, was allegedly reprimanded by production for the way she treated crew members both on and off camera. Insiders claim her behind-the-scenes behavior had become “unacceptable” and that she was specifically warned by producers to stop directing her frustrations at the filming staff.

“[Shannon] had to be told to cool it more than once,” a source revealed. “To take her anger out on the problem or even the cast, not the people just doing their jobs. Production had to step in and have a word with Shannon about the way she can speak to the filming crew sometimes.”

The alleged incident reportedly followed an on-screen altercation between Shannon and new cast member Katie Ginella, 41, during Heather Dubrow’s birthday party. In a recent episode, tensions flared when Shannon discovered that Katie had secretly recorded her, leading to an explosive confrontation in which Shannon declared she was “done” with her.

But according to the insider, Shannon’s frustration didn’t end with the fight. “When emotions get heated, Shannon lets her anger get the best of her and she takes it out on those around her and not necessarily the source of her anger, which in this particular case would be Katie,” the source explained.

“When she’s not angry, Shannon is very kind and caring to production and the crew. But in the moment when things are tense, the claws come out, and anyone in her path could be impacted.”

This reportedly isn’t the first time Shannon has come under scrutiny for her treatment of staff. “It’s not the first time she’s been called out for speaking more aggressively with staffers. It’s also not the first show this has come up on,” the source added, referencing past tensions known among Bravo insiders as “Love Hotel gate.”

Back in October, Love Hotel host Joel publicly criticized Shannon in a since-deleted Instagram post, writing, “Just because you’re a pathetic drunk on a reality show best known for a string of failed relationships and a DUI does not make you a star. And does not give you license to treat the people you work with like they are subhuman. Period.”

Joel later issued an apology, but the backlash was swift. At the time, fans slammed him as unprofessional and criticized his behavior as a host. However, public opinion has since shifted—with many now siding with Joel, pointing out that this isn’t the first time Shannon Beador has been accused of lashing out when emotions run high.
