Lisa Vanderpump isn’t holding back when it comes to her response to Scheana Shay’s scathing accusations.

The Vanderpump Rules matriarch, 64, was approached by a TMZ paparazzo in Los Angeles on Tuesday, July 23, and when asked about Scheana’s recent claims, she made it clear she wasn’t interested in entertaining the drama.

“Guess what? I don’t care what she says, how about that?” Lisa said bluntly. “I’m more concerned about Ozzy Osbourne dying today. That’s the saddest thing. Important things are what matter to me, not her bulls–t claims.” The war of words comes as Scheana, 40, continues her press tour for her new memoir, My Good Side, where she revisits her complicated history with Lisa Vanderpump.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Scheana alleged that her former boss exploited her personal life for entertainment value.

“[Vanderpump] low-key used my real-life pain to launch her TV empire — and what an empire she has,” she told the outlet. Scheana’s past fling with actor Eddie Cibrian resurfaced as a storyline in a 2013 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, when Lisa introduced her to Brandi Glanville — Eddie’s ex-wife. That moment sparked Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules and gave Scheana a long-standing spot in reality TV history.

But according to Scheana, the entire situation was orchestrated. “She gaslit me about it for a decade instead of just coming to me in the beginning. That’s the thing with Lisa: She doesn’t make mistakes. She makes moves and then calls them coincidences,” she said.

Scheana claims their professional relationship started to shift when she stopped being Lisa Vanderpump’s loyal soldier.

“My relationship with Lisa changed the moment I stopped following her orders,” she said. One example, according to Scheana Shay, took place in Season 6 of Vanderpump Rules, during a controversial storyline involving James Kennedy and Katie Maloney.

“On Season 6 of VPR, when James Kennedy told Katie Maloney that the outfit she was wearing wasn’t flattering, I got a phone call from Lisa,” Scheana alleged.

“She didn’t want to fire James, so she needed someone to stand up for him [at a staff meeting]. If you go back and watch, I’m getting a death stare from Lisa, like, ‘When are you going to speak up? When are you going to stick to the script?’”

Scheana also addressed her controversial connection to Eddie Cibrian, reiterating that she had no idea he was married at the time. “He’s the one who lied. He is the one who cheated. He is the homewrecker,” she stated.
