Denise Richards Says Aaron Phypers Shared Her Nude Photos and Stole Her Laptop in Explosive Court Filing: ‘I’m in Extreme Distress’

Denise Richards is asking the court to step in once again—this time demanding her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, return her laptop and cease sharing any content taken from it, including nude images and personal texts.

In new legal documents filed on July 28 and obtained by Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum claims Aaron has “repeatedly” violated the temporary restraining order (TRO) previously granted earlier this month, alleging he stole her laptop and leaked its private contents to the press.

Denise, 54, accuses Aaron, 52, of disseminating personal and explicit content without her consent. “He [disseminated] to numerous news organizations on multiple occasions … private information from my laptop (including text messages and nude photographs of me) that he stole,” Denise wrote in her filing.

The actress is now seeking a court order demanding that Aaron return her laptop and any other devices in his possession, along with all images, recordings, and messages belonging to her—by the end of the day Monday. While she was previously granted a restraining order following disturbing abuse allegations, the court did not restrict Aaron from accessing or possessing her electronic devices at that time.

Denise also pointed to recent interviews given by Aaron Phypers, including one in which he allegedly admitted to going through her text messages.

In another interview, he accused her of having an affair with Special Forces co-star Rudy Reyes and shared alleged proof by leaking photos and screenshots pulled from her devices.

The article in question reportedly included “a picture of me with my breast completely exposed and another picture of my buttocks,” Denise Richards said in the filing. “Another picture in the article is a picture of my phone being held by Aaron’s hand with my private text messages.” Denise’s attorney previously issued a warning to Aaron regarding the release of any more content, but she claims the violations continued.

“I am in extreme distress and greatly disturbed since Aaron has been repeatedly disseminating private text messages stolen from my laptop after the TRO has been issued and I have warned him numerous times not to disseminate any information from my cell phone or laptop,” she stated.

Aaron accessing my private information on my laptop and disseminating the information is not only abuse and a violation of the TRO, but the disseminating of nude photographs is a criminal act.”

Aaron Phypers responded to the allegations in a statement saying, “I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones. These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.”

As of now, a judge has not yet ruled on Denise Richards’ latest motion.
