According to The U.S. Sun, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple was “ejected” from their Milton mansion on April 8, 2025. The intervention came after the new owners—who purchased the property at auction in December 2024—took legal action when Kim, 47, and Kroy, 39, allegedly refused to leave and ignored multiple court filings.

Per legal documents obtained by the outlet, the new owners began formal proceedings on December 12, 2024, writing that the couple had “[held] the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them.”

By December 21, both Kim and Kroy were officially served with the eviction paperwork for “a proceeding against a tenant holding over.”

After months of noncompliance, four deputy U.S. Marshals arrived at the property at 3:30 p.m. on April 8. The couple was formally “ejected” by 6:45 p.m. that evening. The dramatic removal adds to growing public scrutiny around the couple’s ongoing financial woes—including recent revelations from their daughter.

On a recent episode of Next Gen NYC, 23-year-old Ariana Biermann claimed her parents mismanaged money she earned through reality TV and brand deals during her teenage years.

“I have been on TV since I was five years old. I did reality television with my family, and then I started posting on Instagram,” Ariana told co-star Gia Giudice. “I got my first brand deal when I was 14… and I made quite a bit of money. But, unfortunately, my parents took my money.”

“I don’t even know how much money I made over the time period,” she continued. “Nobody was honest, there was no transparency, and I have no idea where it actually went.”

Kim and Kroy’s eviction follows years of public marital struggles, financial disputes, and divorce filings. The couple sold their home for $3 million less than the original asking price after facing foreclosure warnings in 2023.

Next Gen NYC airs Tuesdays on Bravo.
