Ariana Biermann Says Her Parents’ Divorce Is Still Dragging On but Mom Kim Zolciak Is Thriving!

Ariana Biermann is speaking out about the ongoing divorce battle between her parents, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann — and according to her, it’s far from over.

“It’s been two and half f*cking years and it’s still not even almost done,” Ariana told Us Weekly at a recent event, describing the lengthy legal saga as a “really long divorce.” The 22-year-old reality star, who was joined by fellow Next Gen NYC castmates Gia Giudice and Riley Burruss, opened up about how the drawn-out split has impacted her family.

Ariana, alongside her sister Brielle and younger siblings KJ, Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane, has witnessed her parents’ rocky relationship unravel from the sidelines. Despite the legal mess, Ariana shared that Kim is staying positive and settling into a new chapter.

“My mom is great. She just moved into a new house and she’s doing great,” Ariana said.

Kim and Kroy recently sold their longtime family home for $2.75 million after a nearly year-and-a-half-long process that ended in a public auction. Their financial troubles made headlines over the past two years, with Kim even claiming Kroy took everything from the home during their move — prompting her to list Ariana’s childhood bedroom furniture online for $10,000, among other personal items.

Throughout their back-and-forth legal battle, the former couple has faced eviction threats, mounting debt, and public scrutiny. At one point, Kim requested that Kroy undergo a mental health evaluation, citing concerning behavior in court filings, while he accused her of excessive spending and gambling.

Despite multiple attempts to reconcile — including briefly calling off their initial divorce filing — both parties ultimately refiled, and tensions have remained high ever since.

Still, Ariana says both of her parents are navigating this new reality. “I think it gets hard sometimes,” she admitted, before calling Kim her “best friend in the world.”

“I hope she just continues to thrive,” she continued.

“She’s been with my stepdad for 13 or 14 years now. I’m just excited for her to just be mom. I tell her, ‘It’s your first time in this world too, so I’ll be your mom sometimes when you need it.’”

Ariana is set to appear on Bravo’s new series Next Gen NYC, which follows the children of Real Housewives stars as they navigate life in the Big Apple. The show premieres Tuesday, June 3 at 9/8c on Bravo.
