Jenelle Evans Calls Police on Son Jace After He Destroys House in Violent Outburst!

Jenelle Evans found herself in crisis yet again—this time calling the cops on her teenage son Jace after he allegedly flew into a violent rage, smashing furniture amid ongoing struggles with mental health.

The former Teen Mom 2 star, 33, phoned 911 on Saturday after Jace allegedly became physically destructive inside the house. In the 911 audio, obtained by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Jenelle sounded distressed as she told the dispatcher her son was “smashing everything.”

“My son is smashing everything in the house … he’s smashing everything in the house. I need a police officer to come here. Like, come now,” she said during the call. “There’s debris, a broken door, everywhere. He picked up the cage — the dog cage — and f*cking threw it … he threw it down the steps.”

Throughout the call, Jace can be heard in the background shouting, “I’m not doing s**t,” as Jenelle struggled to explain the situation. She confirmed to the dispatcher that there were no injuries, weapons, or signs of drug or alcohol use, and she noted that Jace “just tried to leave the house.”

Jenelle also mentioned that her son has been diagnosed with ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder, although she admitted he is currently not receiving treatment for either condition.

When law enforcement arrived at the home, Jace was no longer there. Jenelle reportedly requested that her son be taken in for a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold, but officers explained that they couldn’t do so because he hadn’t threatened to harm himself or others.

A search of the area was unsuccessful in locating him at the time.

This isn’t the first time Jenelle has reported a similar outburst involving Jace. Just a few months ago, she called the police after he reportedly damaged their home during another emotionally charged argument.

Following the latest incident, Jenelle traveled to Arizona for a girls’ getaway. She later posted photos on Instagram from her trip with the caption, “To sisterhood, love, and friendship, I love being single.”

The timeline of Jace’s return home remains unclear, and no updates have been shared regarding his current whereabouts or state following the incident.

Jenelle shares Jace with her ex, Andrew Lewis, and has had a turbulent co-parenting journey involving custody battles and family conflict. ​Jenelle Evans‘ son, Jace, has a history of running away from home. In August 2023, he was reported missing after leaving school but was found a few hours later.

He ran away again in September 2023 following an alleged assault by David Eason.  She was married to David Eason, 36, and although she announced a split in 2019, the two briefly reconciled before separating again last year.

Jenelle and her family appeared on Teen Mom 2 from 2011 until 2022 and later returned for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter season 2.
