‘RHOM’ Star Lisa Hochstein and Ex-Husband Lenny Settle Legal Dispute Over Abuse Accusations!

Lisa Hochstein and her former husband, Dr. Lenny Hochstein, have officially settled a $50,000 defamation lawsuit stemming from explosive allegations made during their contentious divorce. The Real Housewives of Miami star and the prominent plastic surgeon are now ready to move forward—together as co-parents, if not as partners.

On April 8, the former couple issued a joint statement to the Daily Mail addressing the abuse rumors that circulated during the final days of their marriage. “We acknowledge that the end of our marriage was a painful and highly public experience,” they shared.

“Images posted on social media at the time led to speculation and insinuations by the media that do not reflect what occurred. We can jointly confirm that there was never any physical harm caused by Dr. Leonard Hochstein or Lisa Hochstein.”

The statement concludes with optimism, as the pair say they are “excited to close this chapter” and prioritize co-parenting their two children, Logan, 9, and Elle, 5.

According to legal documents filed on April 2 and obtained by Daily Mail, the case has been dismissed with prejudice—meaning Lenny cannot pursue it again in court. Both Lisa and Lenny agreed to cover their own legal costs.

In a separate personal statement, Lenny doubled down on his denial of any physical abuse. “Lisa falsely accused me of many heinous actions. None worse than the idea that I physically abused her,” he said. “This accusation hurt me more than all the others put together. I oppose all forms of violence, especially against women. I am glad that she chose to set the record straight.”

The lawsuit was sparked in November 2023, when Lisa posted an Instagram Story that showed a bruise on her arm.

She captioned it: “Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice.” She claimed she was being “threatened and harassed through the court system” by Lenny.

Lenny maintained that Lisa sustained the injury from a fall down the stairs and denied any physical involvement, later accusing Lisa of starting a relationship with her now-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, while they were still legally married.

Lisa has refuted the timeline, saying she and Jody began dating in February 2023—long after Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022.

Meanwhile, Lenny went public with his new relationship with model Katharina Nahlik before filing for divorce, proposing to her in July 2023. Though they briefly split in September, the pair later reconciled and got re-engaged in December.

Lisa and Lenny finalized their divorce in November 2024, with Lenny agreeing to pay $15,000 a month in child support. Despite the rocky past, both parties seem eager to put the drama behind them.
