Dorit Kemsley and Estranged Husband PK Save Their $7.5M Mansion From Foreclosure With Paying $300K Debt!

Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, have pulled their lavish Los Angeles home out of pre-foreclosure by paying off nearly $300,000 in overdue mortgage debt.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her businessman husband had fallen behind on payments for their $7.5 million Encino estate, triggering a notice of default last October. The legal notice, obtained by The U.S. Sun, cited more than four months of missed payments totaling $298,556. However, new property documents show the notice has been officially rescinded, and the couple is no longer at risk of losing the home.

“Notice is hereby given that the present Beneficiary and/or the Trustee does hereby rescind, cancel and withdraw said Declaration of Default and Demand for Sale,” the official court papers read.

“The Notice of Default does further hereby rescind, cancel, withdraw and revoke any acceleration of the loan that may have occurred.”

Dorit, 48, broke her silence on the situation in a preview of the upcoming RHOBH season 14 reunion. Speaking to host Andy Cohen, she explained, “Well, there are reports that it is in pre-foreclosure. I had no idea about it. [PK] told me that they changed the rate, he was trying to get ahold of somebody, no one was returning his calls — that’s the way he does business.”

She added, “Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay. He resolved it. Listen, they ended up calling. That’s what he said.”

Since their separation in September 2024, Dorit has remained in the home with their children, Jagger, 10, and Phoenix, 8, while PK has split his time between London and the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom modern farmhouse includes a sprawling chef’s kitchen, an indoor-outdoor living room, a putting green, half basketball court, and resort-style pool area. The couple originally purchased the home in 2019 for $6.5 million.

The home made headlines in 2021 after being targeted in a terrifying home invasion. Dorit and her children were home at the time, but thankfully, no one was injured.

The robbery, which remains under investigation, was documented during RHOBH’s twelfth season and left a lasting impact on the reality star.

Despite ongoing financial challenges and the pressures of public scrutiny, Dorit and PK appear committed to keeping their home — and co-parenting their children — a top priority. Part three of the RHOBH season 14 reunion airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
