‘Basketball Wives’ Star Ming Lee Denies Giving Explicit Photos of Brittany Eady to Kenya Moore Amid Rumors!
Entrepreneur and future Basketball Wives star Ming Lee is setting the record straight after her name was unexpectedly pulled into The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s ongoing drama.
This week, speculation swirled online claiming that the Snob Life founder was the so-called “private investigator” who allegedly supplied Kenya Moore with explicit photos of RHOA newcomer Brittany “Brit” Eady — images that were infamously revealed during the now-infamous Kenya Moore Hair Spa opening episode.
The rumor gained traction after influencers KingOfReads and Jessie Woo brought it up during a YouTube livestream recap of the Bravo hit.
Around the 1:22:30 mark, Jessie Woo alleged that a “birdie” told her Ming Lee was the mystery person who delivered the controversial content to Kenya, adding that the entrepreneur looked noticeably “unbothered” during the heated episode.
“When Kenya says she had a private investigator… I want y’all to really think about this,” Jessie said. “What I was made privy to is the private investigator allegedly was Ming, and that is because her and Brit, they don’t get along.”
Jessie then doubled down, speculating that someone may have “put a battery in Kenya’s back” and even hinted the photos could have been altered.
Fans were quick to weigh in on the theory across social media, with some pointing to a shared ex — rapper Rick Ross — as the source of tension between Brittany and Ming Lee. Ross dated Ming Lee in 2015 and was later linked to Brit in 2016.
But Ming is firmly denying the claims. After a fan called her out in the comments of a post from Kenya Moore’s salon opening, Ming Lee responded directly and decisively: “They lied. Case closed.”
While the photo drama continues to play out on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Ming Lee is gearing up for her debut on Basketball Wives season 12, premiering Monday, May 5, at 8/7c on VH1.
She’ll appear alongside her partner Ty Young, as well as returning cast members Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Jennifer Williams, and Shaunie Henderson.
Meanwhile, RHOA season 16 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo, where tensions between Kenya, Brit, and the rest of the cast are only just heating up.
