Garcelle Beauvais CUTS OFF Sutton Stracke After Explosive Reunion – Friendship OVER!
One of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ closest friendships has hit a rough patch. Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke, who have stood side by side throughout multiple seasons of the hit Bravo series, are no longer on speaking terms following a dramatic Season 14 reunion.
Fallout After the Season 14 Reunion
A source tells Parade exclusively that the longtime friends haven’t communicated since the reunion was filmed. In a teaser for the three-part special, Garcelle, 58, is seen storming off the set — and that moment reportedly marked a turning point in her relationship with Sutton.
“Garcelle was livid at the reunion. She stormed off set and refused to take a photo with the cast,” the insider reveals.
According to the source, the tension stemmed from Garcelle feeling blindsided by Sutton’s actions — or lack thereof — during a confrontation with Kyle Richards regarding Kyle’s rumored romance with country singer, Morgan Wade.
“She was very upset at Sutton for not defending her and sort of backing down against Kyle when it comes to the situation with Morgan,” the source explains. “Garcelle felt totally blindsided by Sutton. They did not speak after the reunion.”
As of now, the insider says, “Sutton and Garcelle are still not speaking, but Sutton and Kyle are.”
Bravo has not publicly commented on the status of Garcelle and Sutton’s friendship.
Season 14 Finale Hints at Fracture
The tension was already building in the RHOBH Season 14 finale, which aired on Tuesday, March 25. While on a cast trip to Saint Lucia, Garcelle once again questioned Kyle Richards, 56, about ongoing rumors regarding her relationship with Wade.
Kyle shut down the speculation quickly, telling the group, “Maybe I’ll have a great story to share with you guys.”
Instead of siding with Garcelle, Sutton, 53, offered a supportive response to Kyle, saying, “I hope you do.”
Later, when the women returned to their vacation rental, Garcelle and Sutton argued about what Garcelle perceived as Sutton’s continued loyalty to Kyle — despite recent tensions and shifting alliances within the group.
Garcelle Announces Her Exit From RHOBH
Just hours before the finale aired, Garcelle took to Instagram to share the news that she would be stepping away from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after four seasons.
In a heartfelt video posted to her feed, she thanked fans and reflected on her time on the show.
“It’s been a wild ride, some amazing things have happened, and some hard things have also happened, but a ride nevertheless,” she said.
The actress emphasized that her decision to leave was largely influenced by her desire to spend more time with her family.
“You guys have cheered me on, supported me, and sometimes even fought for me or on my behalf. It’s not goodbye, but see you later,” she told fans.
A Friendship Built Over Four Seasons
Garcelle joined RHOBH in Season 10 as the show’s first Black cast member. That same season, Sutton was introduced as a friend of former Housewife Lisa Rinna before being promoted to a full-time cast member in Season 11.
Over the years, Garcelle and Sutton formed one of the most genuine and fan-favorite friendships on the series. They often had each other’s backs in group confrontations and supported one another through personal challenges.
However, as Season 14 unfolded, cracks began to show — particularly around Sutton’s perceived closeness with Kyle and Garcelle’s growing frustration over feeling unsupported.
What’s Next for the Cast?
As RHOBH gears up for its Season 14 reunion to air in full, fans will likely get more insight into what caused the breakdown between Sutton and Garcelle. With Garcelle stepping away from the show, her absence may also shift the group dynamics for any future seasons.
While the future of their friendship remains uncertain, one thing is clear: the once-solid bond between Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais has taken a serious hit — and both women may be moving forward on very different paths.
