Over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star addressed online speculation claiming the couple filed for bankruptcy due to mounting debt. In a now-deleted post shared by a RHONJ fan page on Facebook, the article alleged that the Aydins were preparing to sell their $3 million Paramus mansion to resolve their financial issues.
Jennifer Aydin, 47, quickly shut down the claim. “I just saw this on Facebook,” she wrote on Instagram Stories, sharing a screenshot of the headline with a clear label: “Fake news.”
The Bravo star also defended her finances back in 2021, when castmate Jackie Goldschneider commented on her lavish lifestyle, suggesting the house was more for show than stability.
But Jennifer clarified her family’s financial situation during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, revealing, “I don’t have a mortgage. I paid for this property cash, and we built it halfway. We paid with bank checks, and the rest was a construction loan to finish the build.”
