Melissa Gorga Confirms ‘RHONJ’ Will Return – Says Bravo is Regrouping the Cast!

Real Housewives of New Jersey fans have been anxiously waiting for news about Season 15, and even the cast remains in the dark. Now, Melissa Gorga is sharing her thoughts on the show’s uncertain future, suggesting Bravo may take a “hybrid” approach with some returning cast members and fresh new faces.

“This is my opinion: They’re going to do some type of hybrid. They’re going to keep a couple, bring some new faces in—which I think is needed, by the way,” Melissa told Extra. “I’m not mad at it. I’m looking forward to having my summer off, you know. Every summer we film at my shore house, so I’m excited to actually have a summer.”

Her husband, Joe Gorga, playfully chimed in, adding, “She wants to hang out with me.”

While some of her castmates have been frustrated by the show’s pause, Melissa remains unbothered. “I know everybody’s mad at it. I’m really not,” she said. She also dismissed speculation that Real Housewives of New Jersey might be canceled altogether.

“I think they’re regrouping … Jersey’s not going anywhere—I don’t think it’s happening.”

Melissa doesn’t believe Bravo will completely overhaul the cast but expects a mix of familiar and new faces. “I don’t think they’re going to redo the whole cast. I think they’re going to keep a couple and bring a couple, and, you know, who knows? We’ll see what happens,” she teased.

Meanwhile, Andy Cohen has made it clear that no official casting decisions have been made. “When there is news, it will come from me or Bravo,” he recently stated. Until then, Real Housewives of New Jersey fans will just have to keep waiting for the next big update.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey went on hiatus after Season 14 due to escalating tensions among cast members, particularly the ongoing feud between Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, which led to the cancellation of the traditional reunion special.

Bravo executives decided to pause production to reassess the show’s direction, as the toxicity on set had reached a breaking point, making it difficult for the cast to film together.

Adding to the drama, behind-the-scenes information and unaired episodes were reportedly leaked to bloggers, further fueling speculation and division within the fanbase. With cast dynamics at an all-time low, Bravo is taking time to determine the best path forward for the franchise.
