Mauricio Umansky CAUGHT KISSING Brunette Right in Front of Kyle Richards’ Friends!

Mauricio Umansky is embracing his new life as a single man, and his latest outing has caught the attention of both Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans and his estranged wife, Kyle Richards. The Buying Beverly Hills star, 54, was spotted at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont on March 8, where he was seen getting cozy with two women—before locking lips with one of them.

An eyewitness at the hotel described the scene, revealing that Mauricio appeared particularly interested in one of the women. “Mau was at the Chateau with two women, but he appeared more interested in one of them,” they told The U.S. Sun. “They had someone bringing drinks to their table, they had sparkling and still water. It was about 12 a.m., and they were starting to close up the bar.”

Things took an awkward turn when Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne, who were also at the venue, walked past Mauricio’s table. “Lisa and Erika came out of the bathroom and walked past him, which was awkward and people noticed,” the source added.

“I’m pretty sure they saw him because the bathroom is directly opposite the table he was sitting at, and it’s a tiny room.”

One of the women eventually left, and that’s when things escalated. “He was making out with his date who was sitting next to him. Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up,” the source continued. “She seemed interested, and they were leaning into the kiss, but it still seemed more casual than serious.”

Mauricio’s public PDA has raised eyebrows, especially among Kyle. She admitted that while the constant photos of Mauricio with different women are “annoying,” she’s not dwelling on it.

“So, yes, these pictures came out, and no, I wasn’t crying about it like some of the rumors had said I was,” she clarified. “Of course, it’s weird to see. That was my husband—technically, I mean, still is.”

Mauricio, for his part, has addressed the scrutiny, insisting he never intended to hurt Kyle or their daughters.

“You know that I would never want to do anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids,” he told Kyle on a recent RHOBH episode. “I really am sorry for hurting you.”

Since the Mykonos photos surfaced in July 2024, Mauricio has been spotted with multiple women, including model Klaudia K. in Aspen last December, and his former Dancing With the Stars partner, Emma Slater. Despite keeping his options open, he and Kyle remain close, frequently spending time together as a family with their three daughters, Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17.

While they’ve yet to file for divorce, Kyle made it clear that reconciliation is not on the table.
