Dolores Catania Says Shamea Morton Is a ‘Dangerous’ Force on RHOA and Doesn’t Need Bravo’s Money!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is back with a fresh energy in Season 16, and all eyes are on newcomer Shamea Morton. Once known as Porsha Williams’ best friend, Shamea has officially stepped into the spotlight with her own peach—and even Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania is taking notice.

Shamea’s lavish lifestyle was on full display during the season premiere. She resides in a $9 million mansion, dubbed Sterling Hall, and made a grand entrance into the franchise when her husband, Gerald Mwangi, gifted her a Rolls Royce at her birthday party. With RHOA fans hoping for a return to opulence, Shamea’s wealth and luxury may be just what the show needs to boost ratings.

Beyond the glitz and glamour, Shamea and Gerald have also faced personal struggles.

Their daughter, Shiloh Mwangi, was born prematurely via surrogate and diagnosed with choanal atresia, a rare condition that blocks the nasal passages. Thankfully, Shiloh is now improving with breathing treatments and therapy to help her walk.

Shamea’s growing presence in the RHOA world hasn’t gone unnoticed by Tamra Judge and Dolores Catania, who discussed her rise on the Two Ts in a Pod podcast. “Shamea now … this girl is a rich b*tch,” Tamra declared.

Dolores, impressed by Shamea’s extravagant home, joked, “I was yelling at Paul [Connell], ‘You’re an electrical contractor. Where’s the HVAC?’”

The ladies also got a laugh out of a shocking story from Shamea’s first date with Gerald. “Any girl that talks about shtting on the first date is my type of girl. And getting a Rolls Royce? Damn, I’m jealous now,” Tamra quipped.

Dolores added, “She blew his bathroom up on the first date. He didn’t even care that she sht her brains out.”

While Shamea is new to RHOA, she’s already proving to be a key player. “She really seemed like she’s anchoring this group of girls,” Tamra observed. Dolores took it a step further, pointing out that Shamea’s independence makes her a wild card. “She’s on nobody’s schedule, and she don’t need anybody’s paycheck,” she noted. “Those are the most dangerous, dangerous girls.”

With her wealth, confidence, and larger-than-life personality, Shamea Morton is making it clear—she’s not just here to play, she’s here to run RHOA.
