Porsha Williams Defends Kenya Moore’s RHOA Return – Claims Brittany Eady Said ‘Dangerous’ Things Before Revenge P*rn Drama!
Porsha Williams is opening up about Kenya Moore’s future on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and the drama surrounding newcomer Brittany Eady as the highly anticipated season 16 approaches.
During a recent stop at The Breakfast Club, Porsha, 43, weighed in on the controversy that led to Kenya’s mid-season suspension. Reports claim Kenya, 53, was benched from filming after allegedly displaying explicit images of Brittany, though Kenya has denied wrongdoing.
According to Porsha, Kenya wasn’t initially looking for conflict this season—until things took a turn.
“The Kenya that I saw this season was not wanting to be in beef and drama too much,” Porsha shared. “You can even see that in the first episode—she really kind of chilled with it, not her normal self. I just feel like mix in the newbie, and some things that were said that were dangerous from the newbie, I felt like Kenya then decided to be even more dangerous.”
Kenya has previously accused Brittany of threatening her with a gun during an argument, though Brittany has strongly denied the claim.
While Kenya’s fate remains uncertain, Porsha made it clear she thinks her longtime rival should have a presence at the reunion. “I would hope that’s true,” she said of Kenya possibly returning.
“I just can’t say I’m 100% in agreement with her not being here. I would love for her to be at the reunion. I’m for what’s best for the show, and I loved where Kenya was going.”
She added, “She’s not that happy with me right now, but that’s okay. I don’t give a damn how you feel about me—I’m always going to speak the truth. I feel like at this moment, it would be good for Kenya to be at the reunion. She’s very articulate, and she could speak to Brit, the cast, and the fans, and find her way back next season.”
Porsha also revealed that Kenya wasn’t thrilled with her recent comments comparing her to Brittany. “She didn’t like when I compared her to Brit, and I said they were similar—but I meant because they’re both fabulous,” Porsha explained.
“They both speak their mind. When you don’t like somebody, you don’t want to be compared to them. But whatever, girl.”
Porsha continued, “She’s still a big part of the show. She’s not the show, and she didn’t make or break the season. But Kenya is a person I’ve been doing this with for a very long time, and for once, we were possibly about to have a season of not being foes.”
With tensions running high and Kenya’s RHOA future uncertain, fans won’t want to miss the season premiere on March 9 on Bravo.
