Kim Zolciak is turning up the heat in her messy divorce, demanding that Kroy Biermann undergo a psychological evaluation—just as he files for divorce yet again!
Despite finally moving out of their shared home, the estranged Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, and the former NFL player, 38, remain locked in a bitter divorce war. Now, Kim is raising new concerns about Kroy’s mental health, claiming that the long-term effects of his football career may be playing a role in his alleged erratic behavior.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim is requesting that Kroy undergo a psychological evaluation to determine if he has chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE)—a degenerative brain disease linked to repeated head trauma, commonly found in former NFL players.
In her filing, Kim claims that Kroy has become increasingly volatile, often launching into profanity-laced tirades in front of their four minor children. She also accuses him of being physically violent toward her and engaging in what she describes as “extreme sexual promiscuity.” Kim’s legal team cited a Boston University study, which found that over 90% of former NFL players examined were diagnosed with CTE.
Given Kroy’s eight-year career in the league, she believes it’s likely that he could be suffering from the condition.
This isn’t the first time the estranged couple has questioned each other’s mental health, as Kroy previously requested a psychological evaluation for Kim in 2023 over her alleged gambling addiction and erratic behavior.
However, the legal battle rages on. Kroy re-filed divorce papers on February 21, after Kim’s recent move to a new county in Georgia forced him to submit fresh paperwork to keep the case active. This marks his third attempt to legally end their marriage, further proving how drawn-out and complicated their split has become.
Over the past year, Kim and Kroy’s relationship has been defined by public disputes, legal battles, police visits, and financial turmoil. Their ongoing drama has sparked concern among fans, especially for their children, who remain caught in the crossfire.
