Lisa Rinna Continues To Lie About Her ‘RHOBH’ Exit While Teasing Epic Comeback!
Lisa Rinna continues to twist the narrative about her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills exit while teasing a dramatic return to the Bravo series.
Lisa Rinna recently revealed that she intended to resign from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during her final reunion episode but ultimately decided against it. The 61-year-old reality star, who officially departed the franchise shortly after filming the reunion, admitted she now regrets not making her departure announcement on camera.
“I almost resigned on the reunion,” Rinna shared on her new podcast, Let’s Not Talk About The Husband. “I wish I would have, now that I look back on it. I [resigned] the minute I got home that night.”
She went on to explain that she had initially planned to deliver the news in front of the cameras.
“But I was going to do it on camera,” she said. “And I wish I had done that. That’s the only thing I would do differently. I wish I would have just said it right there, like, ‘You know what, guys? This has been a great run for eight years. I’m gonna go now.’”
Concerns About Changing Her Mind
Despite her strong feelings about leaving, Rinna admitted she hesitated out of concern she might second-guess the decision. “I wasn’t brave enough,” she confessed. “I was worried that I might change [my] mind later.”
After eight years on the show, she no longer saw a reason to stay.
“When you do something like [Housewives] for eight years — and it’s just all bad, there was nothing good about it at that point — I didn’t see the reason to continue,” she explained. “My contract was up. And it was time.”
Rinna’s Thoughts on Returning
Though she has moved on, Rinna expressed interest in making a dramatic comeback to the Bravo series — under very specific conditions.
“I would like to go back to *Housewives* with two rhinestone f****** diamond chainsaws and cut all their heads off,” Rinna said on the *Who’s The A******?* podcast. “That would f****** be the greatest day of my life.”
She didn’t stop there. Rinna specifically mentioned wanting to target key figures behind the show. “I want to go after producers, head of Bravo, Andy f****** Cohen,” she declared. “All of them. Just slice and dice all their f****** heads off. That would be f****** heaven, okay? … [I] must go back to do that.”
Would She Return?
While she has some bold ideas for a potential return, Rinna left the door open — slightly — for a future invite. “Maybe,” she said when asked if she would consider returning.
Reflecting on her final year on RHOBH, she acknowledged it was tough. “Doesn’t that sound delightful?” she joked. “It’s bizarre,” she added about the show’s dynamic. “It’s like sports… and I wish people could take it more like that, but it’s turned into something that is weird to me.”
