Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Sell Georgia Mansion After Long Market Battle
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have finally sold their Georgia mansion after a lengthy attempt to offload the property. According to TMZ, the estranged couple closed the deal last month, selling the estate for $2.75 million — more than $3 million less than their initial asking price.
The 15,000-square-foot home, built in 2008, boasts an array of luxury features, including a heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, an elevator, an arcade room, a movie theater, and a gym. Despite the drastic price reductions, the couple still profited, having purchased the mansion in 2012 for under $900,000.
Price Reductions and Foreclosure Avoidance
Kim Zolciak, 46, and Kroy Biermann, 39, struggled to sell the property while facing financial challenges. The former couple originally listed the home for $6 million in October 2023 but made several price cuts, dropping the asking price by $1 million in January 2024.
With foreclosure looming on December 3, they reportedly managed to delay the proceedings long enough to finalize the sale. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann moved out of the mansion in November 2024, relocating to a nearby rental with the four minor children she shares with Biermann—Kroy Jr. (KJ), 13, Kash, 12, and 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
An Emotional Goodbye
Before handing over the keys, the family seemingly celebrated their final Christmas in the mansion. On December 25, 2024, Ariana Biermann posted a heartfelt TikTok video marking their last holiday in the home.
“Last Christmas in my childhood home. Thank you, God, for the amazing memories w my family — goodbye <3,” she captioned the video.
Set to Dean Lewis’ song How Do I Say Goodbye, the video featured Ariana walking through the nearly empty house, visibly emotional as she hugged furniture and looked solemnly into the camera.
New Living Arrangements
Despite cohabiting after their split, Biermann has since secured separate housing in the same area. Meanwhile, their eldest daughters, Brielle Biermann, 27, and Ariana, 23 — whom Kroy adopted following his 2011 marriage to Zolciak — had already moved out of their parents’ home prior to the sale.
While the former couple’s chapter in their luxurious Georgia mansion has come to an end, their new living arrangements signal a fresh start for both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann as they continue navigating life post-divorce.
