Jamal Bryant’s New Wife SLAMS Gizelle Bryant, Calls Her a Mean Girl!
Jamal Bryant’s new wife, Dr. Karri Turner, fires back at Gizelle Bryant after the Real Housewives of Potomac star took a shot at her on a recent episode.
Gizelle Bryant has made no secret of her thoughts on her ex-husband Jamal Bryant’s new wife, Dr. Karri Turner, and in a recent Real Housewives of Potomac episode, the conversation took a sharp turn when Gizelle threw some shade.
When Wendy Osefo mentioned that Jamal, 53, was tying the knot with Karri, 45, the drama between Gizelle, 51, and Karri was set in motion. Gizelle didn’t hold back, commenting that Karri was “not in [her] league” when the topic of their looks came up during the show.
“They set a date,” Gizelle shared with her co-stars, making it clear that she would not be attending the wedding. She then went on to discuss the relationship between Karri and her three children with Jamal, adding that they “don’t know” Karri well.
“They met her twice. He refers to her as his friend,” Gizelle explained.
When asked by her castmates whether she thought she and Karri looked alike, Gizelle wasted no time in responding. “No, I’ve seen her in person. I’ve met her. Not in my league,” she replied.
Karri, clearly upset by Gizelle’s remarks, took to Instagram to voice her thoughts.
“Put me at the Table where Women support other Women! Being a mean girl ages you honey and who has time for that when you can be living, loving, glowing[,] and aging gracefully[?] It’s the glow for me … Drop a chair sis if you’ve got room at your table,” Karri wrote, clearly hitting back at Gizelle’s harsh words.
Despite the current tension between them, things seemed to be more amicable back in May 2024, when Jamal announced his engagement to Karri.
Gizelle even took a moment to congratulate the couple, commenting on Jamal’s Instagram post, “Congratulations! Very happy for you!” Karri responded with gratitude, writing, “Thank you so much gorgeous.”
