Jen Shah’s Sentence Gets Cut AGAIN—Home for Thanksgiving 2026!

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans expected Jen Shah to stay behind bars for years, but the controversial star is making waves again with another prison reduction, now set for release by the 2026 holidays.

According to the prison database at Bryan Federal Prison Camp, Jen’s updated release date is November 3, 2026. Page Six recently confirmed the news, which means the reality star will be home in time for Thanksgiving with her husband and two sons. This marks the third time Jen’s sentence has been shortened since her incarceration began.

Fans will remember Jen pleaded guilty in July 2022 to her role in a decade-long telemarketing scheme that defrauded elderly victims.

During her sentencing, Jen expressed regret for her actions, telling the judge, “The wire fraud offered services with little to no value. We used interstate telephones and emails. I knew many of the purchasers were over the age of 55. I am so sorry.”

Since entering Bryan Federal Prison Camp, Jen has reportedly become a model inmate. Known for her dramatic and often confrontational behavior on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, the mother of two has shifted gears, focusing on personal growth and helping others.

Jen has been vocal about her efforts to improve herself, sharing, “Through journaling, homework, audio lessons, and the two-hour weekly group sessions/class, I’ve learned more about what anger is, where it comes from, and healthy ways to respond and react that are safe and beneficial.”

Her manager added that Jen has been actively volunteering, mentoring, and tutoring other inmates, and even participating in anger management courses.

Additionally, the former reality star has been teaching fitness classes, including abs and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, drawing comparisons to Jane Fonda.

Under the Federal Bureau of Prisons guidelines, inmates can earn up to 54 days of “good conduct time” for each year of their sentence. Jen has also gained additional reductions by completing “Evidence-Based Recidivism Reduction” programs.

These efforts have accelerated her release, much to the surprise of fans who initially expected her to serve the full six-and-a-half-year sentence.

As Jen inches closer to freedom, fans are speculating about what her post-prison life will look like. While it’s unclear if Bravo will welcome her back, her dedication to personal growth and mentorship behind bars may help her reenter the public eye with a new narrative.
