Paige DeSorbo Calls Cheating Rumors ‘Embarrassing’ and BLASTS Craig Conover for Not Defending Her!

Paige DeSorbo is taking responsibility for the chaos surrounding her split from Craig Conover, calling the cheating rumors with Marcello Hernandez “embarrassing” and slamming Craig for not defending her.

Marcello, who portrays the character Domingo on Saturday Night Live, was allegedly named as the person Paige hooked up with, which fans speculated was the reason for her and Craig’s split. But Paige, ever the voice of reason, confirmed that nothing happened between them, and she even reached out to Marcello to apologize for dragging him into the mess.

In a recent episode of The Giggly Squad podcast, the Summer House star shared that she felt the need to text Marcello after hearing the rumors.

“I was like, ‘Hey umm… just wanna let you know there’s, like, a rumor going around that I cheated on my boyfriend with you,’” she explained. Marcello’s response? “F**k yeah!” But Paige wasn’t laughing. “I was like, ‘Marcello, I am so f**king sorry. Like, this is so embarrassing.’”

Paige went on to explain that while she usually brushes off rumors, she felt especially bad because this one involved a third party.

“I didn’t care about any rumor that was ever said about me, but this one, it was weird. I didn’t want to jam him up, especially if he had a girlfriend,” she said. It’s clear that Paige didn’t want to cause any more chaos, especially at someone else’s expense.

For his part, Craig Conover took to Instagram to speak out about the breakup, revealing that Paige was the one who dumped him and admitting he’s struggling to cope with the split.

Paige, however, pointed out the silence surrounding the whole situation, adding, “No one involved was defending me, which I found interesting.”

However, she clarified that there was no animosity between her and Craig despite the ongoing speculation.

The whole situation is clearly messy, and with no end in sight for the rumor mill, Paige’s fans continue to watch as the drama unfolds. One thing’s for sure: this breakup isn’t going to be forgotten anytime soon.
