Tom Sandoval’s Girlfriend Victoria Reveals He’s Not Representing Himself in Explosive Lawsuit!

Victoria Lee Robinson, girlfriend of Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval, has denied a recent report claiming that Tom had chosen to represent himself in court following his split from his attorney.

The model, who has been vocal about the situation, took to social media to clarify the situation, calling the claim “fake news.” “He’s not representing himself,” Victoria commented on Instagram via @vanderpodrecaps. Instead, she confirmed that Tom is hiring a “different lawyer” who specializes in these types of cases.

The controversy surrounding Tom and Rachel Leviss continues as Rachel’s lawsuit against both Tom and Ariana Madix unfolds. In 2023, Ariana discovered an intimate video that Rachel had sent Tom, her boyfriend at the time. Following this discovery, Rachel filed a lawsuit against Ariana for allegedly showing the video to others, and against Tom for allegedly recording it without her consent.

In a separate legal matter, Tom had previously filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, accusing her of invasion of privacy. He alleged that Ariana accessed his phone without consent and distributed explicit videos of him and Leviss.

However, Tom later dismissed the lawsuit, stating that he was misled by his attorney, Matt Geragos, and subsequently removed him from his legal team. He clarified via Instagram that he holds no ill will towards Ariana and aims to resolve the matter swiftly.

Tom addressed Rachel’s lawsuit during an October episode of his podcast. In his comments, he speculated about Rachel’s motivations, suggesting the case was more about money than justice.

“I don’t know what her case is like, but it seems to be after money,” he said.

Tom revealed that Rachel’s legal team had approached his team with an offer to drop all charges against him if he would blame NBCUniversal for the situation, specifically for his phone falling out of his pocket, which allegedly triggered the affair’s exposure. “It’s all about the f*cking money,” he added.
