Vicki Gunvalson Caught Trashing Nick Viall After Doing a Podcast Episode with Him!

Vicki Gunvalson, the original Real Housewives of Orange County star, made headlines after a hot mic incident during her appearance on The Viall Files podcast. After finishing her interview with host Nick Viall, Vicki unknowingly left her mic on, revealing her less-than-enthusiastic feelings about the interview.

“I was a guest on his show,” Vicki said after the call, unaware she was still being recorded. “He’s got his own network, his own show, his own thing. I’ve never heard of him.” Adding to the slip-up, she mispronounced his last name as “Vialls.”

Vicki also vented about her packed schedule, sharing frustration over having to fit the interview into her already hectic day.

“Because I canceled [the interview] and I didn’t know that they didn’t cancel it and I’ve got my 400 meetings today,” she said. “So, yeah, you owe me. Because I’m doing this, and I didn’t want to be doing this. I’m very, very busy.”

Despite the awkward moment, Vicki embraced the situation. In a statement to TMZ, she revealed that she allowed Nick to include the hot mic clip in his show — with one condition.

“I told him he has to be a guest on my podcast,” she explained.

Critics called her comments “rude” and “unprofessional.” Despite the divided opinions, Gunvalson’s hot mic moment kept her firmly in the spotlight.

From dismissing his fame to securing him as a future guest, Vicki’s on-brand maneuver proves why she remains reality TV royalty.
