‘Sister Wives’ Kody and Robyn Brown Pay Off $130K Loan and Purchase New $2.1 Million Flagstaff Mansion!

Kody and Robyn Brown of Sister Wives are leveling up, paying off a $130K loan and upgrading to a luxurious $2.1 million home in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Massive Loan Paid Off

Sister Wives stars Kody Brown, 55, and Robyn Brown, 46, are making significant financial moves. The couple recently paid off a $130,000 loan just days after purchasing a $2.1 million home in Flagstaff, Arizona, according to documents obtained by The U.S. Sun.

The loan, issued by the Alaska USA Federal Credit Union in 2021, was secured for their previous $1,775,000 home. At the time, the documents stated that “time was of the essence.” That property, initially purchased for $890,000 in August 2019, was sold on November 4, 2023, after receiving a full cash offer.

According to a Deed of Release and Full Reconveyance, the $130,000 loan was officially marked as “fully paid” on November 15, closing the chapter on the couple’s previous residence.

New Beginnings in a Lavish Flagstaff Home

On October 24, Kody and Robyn acquired a new six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona, through their White Stone Trust. The sprawling 7,884-square-foot property includes a guest home, a detached RV garage, and space for up to seven vehicles.

To secure the property, the pair made a substantial $420,000 down payment and took out a $1,680,000 loan, according to documents obtained by In Touch. The luxury upgrade comes amid mounting financial pressures and personal challenges for the couple.

Previous Listing Pulled Amid Legal Drama

Earlier this year, Kody and Robyn listed their former Flagstaff home on August 29 but removed it from the market in early October. While the reasons for the withdrawal remain unclear, the timeline coincided with a child support and custody lawsuit filed by Kody’s ex-wife, Christine Brown, 52.

On September 16, Christine requested the court establish paternity for her and Kody’s youngest child, Truely, as Kody is not listed on her birth certificate. The lawsuit also sought a domestic relations injunction to restrict both parents from engaging in activities such as nonroutine travel with the child without permission, harassment, or making financial changes without court approval.

Christine Brown Speaks Out

Christine and Kody ended their spiritual marriage in November 2021. Following their split, Christine relocated Truely to Utah, a decision she stood by during an October 2023 episode of Sister Wives.

“Moving was the best choice for me and Truely,” Christine explained on the show. “I knew that I was taking Truely away from her dad. I felt like the best way to preserve Truely’s relationship with Kody was to move her away from him.”

Kody, however, criticized Christine’s rationale in his own confessional. “For Christine to think that she’s saving my relationship with Truely by taking her away from me and just ‘preserving’ it — that’s such B.S. rationalization,” he said, adding that he found the situation “ridiculous.”

Future Plans for the Browns

Kody has since hired a lawyer and filed a response to Christine’s lawsuit on October 23, though the details of his response have not been made public. The legal drama adds another layer of complexity to Kody’s already tumultuous personal life, which includes managing relationships with his 18 children and multiple ex-wives.

As for Kody and Robyn, their move to the lavish new home in Flagstaff suggests a desire to start fresh amid ongoing family and financial challenges. With Sister Wives continuing to document their journey, fans will no doubt keep a close eye on the Browns’ next moves.
