Love Is Blind’s Marissa George Moves On with New Man After Explosive Split from Ramses Prashad!

Love Is Blind alum Marissa George may not have found forever with Ramses Prashad, but she’s moved on to a new chapter—and a new romance.

After her whirlwind experience on the show and the ups and downs of her relationship with Ramses, Marissa has now found happiness with a new boyfriend outside of the Love Is Blind pods. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Marissa opened up about how her new partner brings out a side of her that she hadn’t experienced with Ramses.

“I’m currently dating someone that has qualities that Ramses didn’t have in our relationship,” she shared, adding that her new boyfriend anticipates her needs and takes more initiative. The two first met at a spot in Washington, D.C., called Barcelona, and casually dated before Marissa decided she needed more time to heal from her past.

After remaining friends, they rekindled their romance in April, and, as Marissa put it, “it’s going very well.”

The relationship didn’t come without its own unique challenges. They watched her season together, facing the raw moments of her failed engagement head-on. Reflecting on the experience of seeing her highs and lows play out on television, Marissa admitted that sharing her heartbreak with the world was difficult.

“Heartbreak and healing are hard enough on their own, but even harder knowing thousands of people will see and judge some of the hardest moments of your life,” she said, noting that it made her feel “a bit crazy” at times.

Now, however, Marissa feels she’s in a relationship that brings stability and joy. And the support goes beyond just her new partner—her mom, Vanessa, is fully on board. “My mom loves him,” Marissa revealed. “She’s never loved a boyfriend more.”

After keeping her relationship under wraps during the show’s airing, Marissa is ready to go public and focus on building a future with her new love. For now, wedding bells are on hold, but Marissa is thrilled to be in a relationship that brings her happiness outside the reality show spotlight.
