Tom Sandoval Claims Rachel Leviss’ Team Wanted Him to Blame NBCUniversal for ‘Scandoval’ to Drop Lawsuit!
Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval claims that Rachel Leviss offered to drop her lawsuit against him under certain conditions.
Tom recently revealed on his podcast that Rachel’s legal team allegedly approached him with a deal. According to Tom, Rachel’s team proposed dropping the lawsuit if he agreed to point fingers at NBCUniversal for orchestrating how their affair became public.
On the October 23 episode, Sandoval shared, “Her team came to my team… basically offered to drop all the charges against me if I were to blame … the way the affair was found out on NBCUniversal.” He claimed they wanted him to admit that NBCU had “put [him] up to it.”
His girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, weighed in, saying, “That tells you that it did not hurt her as much as she says it does. And that it’s all about the money.” Sandoval agreed, adding, “It’s all about the f*cking money.”
In the episode, Tom pushed back against Rachel’s statements, insisting she was not manipulated but instead actively pursued him.
“She says, ‘Oh, I was manipulated,’” Tom seethed. “It’s like, ‘No, no, no, girl. Stella got her groove back, if ever. You strode into your self-confidence and pretty much did whatever.’”
He went on to allege that Rachel was interested in other men on the show as well, saying, “[She], at that point, was trying to hook up with every guy on the show,” referencing her date with Peter Madrigal and her unexpected kiss with Tom Schwartz.
Sandoval continued by recalling Leviss’s own words, saying, “With me, it was like, she even said in the last scene that we filmed together, ‘I saw that you and Ariana were not in a strong relationship, so I went after you.’” Sandoval added, “That’s what she said, that we were not happy in our relationship. She said that.”
Reflecting on the situation, Tom admitted he was experiencing a “midlife crisis” but maintained that Rachel pursued him, saying, “You did that, and now you want money, and now you claim to be the biggest victim in all this s**t.”
