Fans were first shocked by the news in April, as Alexia and Todd had faced ups and downs on screen but had always managed to find their way back to each other. However, as the divorce saga continued, their relationship status became a guessing game — one day they were still sharing a bed, and the next, they weren’t even speaking.

Now, it appears the couple is at a crossroads. “Alexia and Todd’s divorce is up in the air,” a source told Us Weekly. “They are trying to see what’s best for them, even if that means reconciling… They are still in contact and are still trying to figure out what it all looks like for them.”

Season 6 showcased several moments where Todd’s support appeared to fall short, such as skipping Alexia’s party and being absent when they needed to search for a new home.

As of early September,Toddhad taken minimal legal action since his initial filing, leaving some to wonder if the divorce might be dismissed entirely if things continue this way. In Touch Weekly reported that the divorce proceedings between Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola and her husband Todd had hit a standstill, prompting the judge to issue a warning.

The judge cautioned Todd that without any progress within 30 days, the case could be dismissed altogether.

In the court order, the Florida judge noted, “Review of the docket display and court file indicates that there appears to have been no action by any party to the cause nor have any pleading or orders of the court been filed… to indicate that the parties are desirous of further prosecuting this cause.”

The court further specified, “[Todd] must perform some affirmative action (e.g. notice the case for trial or other pleading) within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. If [Todd] fails to comply… this cause may be dismissed for lack of prosecution.”
