Rachel Leviss’ Lawyer FIRES BACK at Tom Sandoval and Claims He ‘Cannot Be Trusted’
Rachel Leviss’ lawyer is vehemently refuting Tom Sandoval’s recent claims that she offered to drop her revenge porn lawsuit against him in exchange for blaming NBCUniversal for the fallout of “Scandoval.”
Sandoval, 43, alleged during an episode of Everybody Loves Tom that Rachel’s legal team approached him with a proposal that he accuse the network of being behind the exposure of his months-long affair with Rachel, 30. He further insinuated that the lawsuit was “all about the f*cking money.”
In response, attorney Bryan Freeman didn’t hold back, stating, “This is an outlandish lie.”
He emphasized that Sandoval’s credibility is questionable, saying, “Let’s not forget the source of this information is Tom Sandoval, who illegally and secretly recorded Rachel Leviss in a sexually compromising situation without her knowledge or consent while cheating on his girlfriend Ariana Madix. Once again, Tom Sandoval cannot be trusted and the reasons are glaring.”
Earlier this year, Rachel filed a lawsuit against both Tom and Ariana, 39, alleging that Tom recorded intimate FaceTime sessions without her consent and that Ariana shared the clips with third parties.
Following the controversy, Sandoval attempted to place blame on Ariana in his own lawsuit, which he ultimately dismissed, claiming he was misled by his team.
Bryan further dissected Tom’s statements, saying, “First, this is an obvious lie as no real lawyer would say ‘drop all charges’ in a civil case. There are no such things as ‘charges’ in a civil case.”
He also questioned Tom’s reliability, noting, “Second, Sandoval allegedly learned this from the same lawyer he fired for tricking him or misleading him into filing a lawsuit against Ariana Madix. If he did hear this from his now-fired lawyer, why would he trust it as being true? Did he change his trickster opinion of his lawyer after he fired him for misleading him? This is complete nonsense and even more evidence of Sandoval’s inability to tell the truth.”
“Sounds like Sandoval is looking for a lawsuit that he can remember this time,” Freeman added.
As Vanderpump Rules fans know, Tom made these claims during the October 23 episode, creating more controversy surrounding the already tumultuous relationship dynamics within the cast. Meanwhile, the series is currently on pause as it prepares for Season 12.
