Kim Zolciak Accuses Ex Kroy Biermann of Spying and Sleeping in Her Closet!

Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak has accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of spying on her in their shared Atlanta home.

According to an October 17 report by TMZ, Kim believes she has proof in the form of a photo showing Kroy sleeping in her closet. While a judge has ordered Kim to reside in the basement and Kroy in the master suite, she alleges that Kroy enters her room while she’s away, even removing the cameras she installed. Kim is seeking court intervention to retrieve her possessions and prevent further intrusion.

Kim has also accused Kroy of taking her belongings and requested the court to intervene and force him to return her property.

The couple, who split in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage, continues to reside under the same roof. A judge previously ordered Kim to stay in the basement while Kroy remains in the master bedroom.

This isn’t the first time accusations have flown between the pair. Kim has previously called the police on Kroy, accusing him of stealing her phone and other items, which he denied. She also claimed that Kroy was trying to sell her belongings for profit—an accusation Kroy has refuted.

Despite their attempt at reconciliation over the summer, Kroy filed for divorce again in August 2023. Kim, in a recent interview, made it clear she’s no longer open to fixing their relationship. “He’s always wanting to work it out,” she told TMZ, adding that Kroy was still trying to mend things.

Kim has also accused Kroy of neglecting their household expenses, saying, “I’m the one that pays all the bills… He has not paid a bill in that house,” alleging that Kroy only contributed to two electric bills in the past 18 months. Their bitter divorce continues to escalate as they navigate the breakdown of their 11-year marriage.
