‘RHOC’ RECAP: Jenn Pedranti GOES OFF On Tamra Judge for Doing A Background Check On Ryan!
In the October 17 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis Bellino stirs up drama from a distance as Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow surprisingly side with her, leaving Shannon Beador feeling sidelined and tensions higher than ever.
Even though Alexis Bellino isn’t physically on the Real Housewives of Orange County cast trip, she’s still stirring up plenty of drama. With Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge firmly in her corner, it’s clear alliances are shifting, leaving Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter wondering why Shannon Beador isn’t getting the same support.
As Tamra distances herself from Shannon, her loyalty to Alexis seems to be growing stronger. The more Alexis gets involved in the tension between her fiancé, John Janssen, and Shannon, the more Tamra rallies behind her.
Tamra and Heather’s Support for Alexis Raises Eyebrows
Heather Dubrow’s stance on the matter is more neutral, but still curious. She hasn’t taken a firm position on the conflict, leaving Emily and Gina frustrated. Both women are questioning why Heather and Tamra are so willing to back Alexis while being tough on Shannon.
In a confessional, Emily expressed her confusion: “Honestly, I’m very confused why Tamra and Heather are consistently Team Alexis,” she said. “They give her a free pass on everything while they hold Shannon to the fire on everything.”
As the cast continues their London trip, the tension is making it difficult to enjoy the experience.
Shannon and Tamra’s Feud Heats Up
Shannon confronts Tamra about a text message she found from 2018, in which Alexis had written, “We are suing you and Tamra. You will hear from our attorney.”
“That’s between you and her,” Tamra responded, brushing off the topic.
Shannon, clearly fed up, turned to Tamra directly and said:
“You seem to just want to point out that I lie or want to point out that I do this. Please stop talking about me.”
Tamra quickly fired back, asking Shannon to “stop talking about me.” Frustrated, Shannon retreated to the bathroom.
In a candid moment with producers, Shannon opened up about her growing frustration with Tamra. “I don’t know what Tamra’s motivations are, but I know for certain one of her plans is to ruin this trip,” she claimed. “Tamra’s main goal is — it’s obvious — to hurt me.”
Later in the episode, Jenn Pedranti confronted Tamra over shocking claims that Tamra had done a background check on Jenn’s boyfriend, Ryan. The explosive moment came after Shannon revealed text messages allegedly sent by Tamra that appeared to suggest she had been digging into Ryan’s past.
Shannon Reveals the Alleged Background Check
Shannon kicked off the drama by sharing screenshots with Jenn that she claimed were from Tamra. “Someone sent [Tamra] some stuff about Ryan, and then she said, ‘I’m asking my friend’s husband if he can do a background check,’” Shannon told Jenn, holding up the messages. According to Shannon, Tamra even shared “evidence of a background check.”
Visibly shaken, Jenn was quick to react. “What the f— is wrong with her?” she exclaimed, her shock soon turning into anger as she processed the betrayal. Shannon remarked that Tamra’s actions were uncalled for, saying she shouldn’t “stoop to this level,” to which Jenn responded, “It’s almost like weird and obsessive.”
Jenn Confronts Tamra: ‘She Is Trash’
Furious, Jenn didn’t hold back. In her confessional, she accused Tamra of lacking a soul and using everyone else’s drama to stay relevant. “Tamra just has no soul. She has to use all of our lives to make hers relevant because when you look at her life, it’s just boring,” Jenn said.
As emotions ran high, Jenn decided it was time to confront Tamra face-to-face. “I’d rather have my little f—ing bank account and my kids who love me and a man who supports me than being low-level f—ing bulls—ter like her,” she fumed. “She is trash, literal f—ing trash.”
Storming into Tamra’s room, Jenn demanded an explanation. “Why did you do a background check on Ryan?” she asked. Tamra denied it outright, saying, “No, I didn’t. Show it to me.”
Unfazed by the denial, Jenn continued to call out Tamra, accusing her of meddling in her personal life. “You don’t get to do this s— anymore,” she yelled as Tamra responded by laughing and clapping. “You’re throwing around the FBI, you’re throwing around all this s—, Tamra. F— you.”
Tamra Denies Conducting a Background Check
As the argument escalated, Heather Dubrow tried to step in, telling Jenn to let Tamra talk. However, Jenn wasn’t interested in hearing excuses, insisting that Tamra had crossed a line. “This was two years ago, and it wasn’t a background check,” Tamra clarified. “I’ve never paid for a background check in my life.”
Tamra claimed she simply asked a friend in real estate to confirm if Ryan was a licensed mortgage broker, adding, “That isn’t a background check.” But Jenn wasn’t buying it, firing back, “Why do you care?” before pointing out that she doesn’t pry into Tamra’s husband Eddie’s career.
“You’re using your voice. I’m so happy for you,” Tamra retorted sarcastically, while Jenn stood her ground.
Jenn’s Final Word: ‘I’m a Better Person Than You’
As Jenn vented her frustrations in her confessional, she said Tamra often deflects responsibility. “When you back Tamra in a corner, she doesn’t even know what to do. She’s like a feral cat,” Jenn said. “Why don’t you ever say ‘I’m sorry’ and I mean it? Why don’t you just learn to be a f—ing friend?”
Tamra maintained her innocence, insisting she never hired “a private investigator” or paid for a background check. Instead, she accused Shannon of stirring the pot. “Shannon is the one trying to rile her up,” Tamra claimed. “But if she’s going to stick Jenn on me, you might want to send someone with half a brain.”
As Jenn stormed out of the room, she fired one final shot. “Your obsession is weird, it’s f—ing weird,” she yelled at Tamra. “You need to f—ing grow up and leave my f—ing family alone.”
“I just moved into that man’s house. My f—ing kids are with me and good and happy. Leave me the f— alone,” Jenn added as she walked out. “I’m a better f—ing person than you will ever be, Tamra. F—ing bitch.”
