Court documents refer to these bottles as “freak-off supplies,” which allegedly included narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB. Damian Williams, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, previously noted that these “freak-offs” could last for days and involved multiple commercial sex workers, with the drugs used to keep participants “obedient and compliant.”
