Angie Katsanevas SHUTS DOWN Monica Garcia’s Possible Comeback to ‘RHOSLC’

Angie Katsanevas has made it clear she never wants Monica Garcia back on RHOSLC, slamming her for creating a “toxic” and unsafe workspace that could ruin the show’s dynamic.

Angie, who has emerged as a standout in Season 5, didn’t hold back when asked about Monica’s potential comeback. “I don’t see how it would fit,” Angie told Us Weekly.

“This is a person that’s stalked people through cameras in their homes and has said horrible things online about some of the women on the cast. And she’s continuing to do so.”

Angie made it clear that she’s not comfortable with Monica’s behavior, saying, “It’s dark and it doesn’t feel safe. I want a safe workspace. This is a friend group, but we’re working, you know what I mean? We’re spending hours with each other, and it needs to feel safe and non-toxic.”

The RHOSLC star also expressed concerns about the show’s direction if Monica were to return. “I think it’s not good for the show to get too toxic,” Angie explained. “We’ve seen other Housewives shows go down that path, and I feel like if things continued, we would’ve headed in the same direction. Right now, we have a good balance of drama, light moments, and comedic relief. It’s the perfect mix.”

While Angie made her stance clear, she did extend some well wishes to Monica. “I wish her and her family well, and I’m sure there’s an amazing opportunity out there for her,” she added.

Angie isn’t the only one with reservations about Monica’s return. Meredith Marks has also voiced similar concerns. “I haven’t talked to her, but I would imagine that Monica would prefer to do a different show at this point,” Meredith previously shared. “It would make more sense.”

Monica may not be making her way back to RHOSLC anytime soon, but she’s already landed a spot on House of Villains Season 2, where she plays the role of EVA 2.0, the voice in the house.

As for the future of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Season 5 continues to air on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
