Alexis Bellino ‘Feeling Very Defeated’ After Rocky RHOC Comeback – Attempt to Take Down Shannon Beador Backfires!
Tamra Judge reveals that Alexis Bellino is “feeling very defeated” after her highly anticipated RHOC comeback, as the drama surrounding her relationship and return to the spotlight takes a toll.
Tamra opened up to Us Weekly about Alexis‘ actions this season and her relationship with John Janssen, admitting she was surprised by Alexis’ decisions. “Alexis and I made up at BravoCon. I had no idea at that time that she was in talks to come back,” Tamra explained, adding that Alexis wasn’t dating John yet when those early discussions with Bravo began. “They met later on.”
Tamra recalled Alexis reaching out to her months later, unsure if returning to the show was the right move.
“She said, ‘You know what, I don’t know if the timing is good because I am dating John now. And I just don’t want to kick Shannon when she’s down.’ That was her mindset going in,” Tamra shared.
However, as the season unfolded, Tamra acknowledged that Alexis’ actions may confuse some viewers. “And then you watch the show and you’re like, ‘Wait, this is everything that she said she didn’t want to do,’” she said. Tamra also commented that Alexis is “riding way too hard for John,” with both Alexis and John focused on “clearing his name.”
Tamra pointed out that Shannon Beador’s drinking had contributed to some of the drama, saying, “Shannon would drink, and then call us all and say horrible things about him that weren’t necessarily true.”
Despite their efforts to defend John, Tamra admitted that the strategy is “definitely backfiring” on Alexis.
When asked if Alexis will return for another season, Tamra expressed her hopes. “I would like to see her in a full-time role where we can see her kids and her life. Maybe her wedding next year. I’m really hoping so. But I think right now she feels very defeated. She’s very upset. She’s very hurt. And I don’t know if that’s what she’s thinking right now.”
