Sean “Diddy” Combs Sued by Woman Who Suffered A Miscarriage From Sexual Assault

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another lawsuit, as a woman has come forward alleging that the music mogul repeatedly drugged, assaulted, and coerced her over the span of four years.

Filed on Friday, September 27, in New York’s Supreme Court, the lawsuit details disturbing accusations, including claims that Diddy’s actions led to her impregnation and subsequent miscarriage. This latest legal development adds to the growing list of lawsuits and criminal charges against Combs, who is currently incarcerated on federal charges.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that she first met Diddy overseas in 2020 when he offered to cover her travel expenses. From there, the lawsuit claims, Diddy continued to arrange further travel, often pressuring her to meet with him before she had agreed. “[Diddy], and his agents and employees, would use coercive and harassing language to compel her to comply,” the lawsuit states.

One of the most severe allegations describes an April 2022 incident where Diddy allegedly “forced Jane Doe to have vaginal intercourse without her consent” at his home. The complaint further details multiple instances where Doe claims she was drugged, blacked out, and woke up with bruises and bite marks without memory of how they occurred.

The lawsuit alleges that after discovering she was pregnant following one of these incidents, Doe was repeatedly pressured by a Diddy associate to have an abortion. She ultimately suffered a miscarriage, adding to her emotional and physical distress. After a brief period of no communication, she resumed contact with Diddy in late 2022, at which point, she claims, he continued to harass her and force her to travel with him.

According to the complaint, during each visit, she was compelled to drink alcohol and take substances until she passed out, only to wake up with unexplained injuries. These alleged assaults persisted until July 2024, with claims that Diddy or his associates would also record their encounters without her consent.

Jane Doe’s lawsuit charges Diddy with sexual assault, sexual harassment, battery, and emotional distress, among other violations, including New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. Her lawyers, Joseph L. Ciaccio and Marie Napoli, issued a statement addressing the significance of these allegations:

“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims. No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
